The room wasn't cool at all; the AC should have been replaced if it wasn't working properly. My children couldn't sleep well all night because it was so hot. The TV remote also wouldn't work, so my children couldn't watch TV during their stay. Please pay attention to every facility in the hotel room.

It's equipped with an ATM and several merchants near the basement parking lot, such as Momoyo ice cream and Burger Bangor. The staff is also friendly and very helpful. The food is quite varied and delicious. The rooftop pool is also quite attractive, perhaps only a little small. Otherwise, it's very enjoyable.

The Wi-Fi is terrible and slow. The TV keeps loading and trying to watch something. The lights often turn off by themselves.

I swear it was awesome, I didn't regret it. Even though it was my first time. Everything was fine. Initially, I got twin beds on the app, even though I'd requested a large bed. The hotel and receptionist, the guy in white, helped me upgrade to the requested room. The service was top-notch. This will be my favorite hotel when I go to BPP. Thanks to the helpful receptionist.
