Our family enjoyed our stay here because of the comfortable atmosphere in the room. However, we didn't know how long the club next door had been operating. The club's activities were quite disruptive to our sleep, as the noise was so loud that our room vibrated. Hopefully, the hotel management will ensure the comfort of our guests, as the club next door can be quite disruptive, especially with children in tow.

I stayed here with my toddler. I'm a regular at this hotel. Unfortunately, this time, our sleep was disturbed by the noise and vibrations from the club next door. Hopefully, management will resolve this issue soon.

The tap water smells... I want to take a clean shower but it smells of earth.

At other hotels, check-out at 12 noon is still given half an hour, but this time I asked for 20 minutes and was given 15, but I bargained for 5 minutes 😱. After checking out, I handed over the key and then asked if my sandals were still there? This kind of service is not good.

The hotel is nice Japanese style and spacious too.

So, when I checked in at 4 PM, I asked if an extra bed was possible. The answer was that it was available for 150,000 Rupiah, and only available at night. Then, I happened to return at 11 PM, and all that was there was a very unfriendly security guard who said there were no staff and couldn't help with the extra bed. A hotel like this should have a receptionist on standby. And even worse, even if the staff had left, they would have at least confirmed with the guest whether the extra bed reservation was possible or not. If they were in a rush and wanted to go home, they could have just put in the extra bed, after all, we had already paid a deposit. And the reason was because of guest privacy, even though we had previously requested a doormat, the doormat was delivered when our room was empty. And worst of all, next to the hotel there was a nightclub that was incredibly noisy from night until 8 AM, with loud music that kept us and our children awake. Please improve the human resources and environment, and the way you serve guests.

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. However, some of the room amenities were unusable and merely for display.

I wanted to ask for a reschedule due to a sudden work schedule but it was not responded to, in the end the ticket was forfeited and the other 2 rooms, I will not book at this hotel again.

There was no receptionist on duty when checking out, it took almost an hour to be served, and even then it was served by a security guard.

Everything was good, except there was no doormat (even though I requested one), but it wasn't delivered. Otherwise, it's highly recommended for a stay, and there's also a cafe and park nearby.

Very uncomfortable, small room, leaking sink tap, dirty bed, bed sheets need to be changed.

The hotel was nice, but the noise from the club next door was really disturbing at night, making it hard to sleep. From 12:00 AM to 7:30 AM.

This is my first time in Singkawang and I finally got a good night's sleep. The room is small but very comfortable, with a quiet atmosphere (it's true that at night there's a bit of club music playing, but I was at the end so I couldn't hear it too much). Complete facilities, very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. If I go to Singkawang, I want to stay here again. Only I couldn't request an early check-in even though I had requested it, and the towels were delivered late (but luckily I had brought provisions haha).

Overall, the hotel is nice and clean, only the Wi-Fi in the back rooms is really slow, they should add a hotspot, and the water has a strong iron smell, so you can't use it to brush your teeth, it would be better to install a water filter.

We were given a room on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which was quite difficult for those with small children and elderly people who have difficulty climbing stairs. The bathroom was also uncomfortable: it was small and cramped, the toilet was clogged and couldn't be used properly, the sink leaked like an open faucet at the bottom, and the shower was inflexible. The water flow was also very slow and the smell of the well was persistent. Overall, my stay here was very disappointing. This was my first and last time staying here. I had already booked for 2 nights with breakfast and couldn't get a refund, so I was forced to stay despite the very disappointing conditions.
