Nice room, less food, no meat at all.

The room and atmosphere are comfortable, but it's dirty and full of insects. There are lots of ants around the bed, and there are fleas on the bed, my feet have been bitten by small animals for more than a week and it still itches. Hopefully in the future they will pay more attention to cleanliness, because there are already lots of cracks, maybe the animals passed through there. The rest is good, the AC is cold, the room is comfortable, the staff are friendly

Some of the deluxe room facilities are not functioning.. the floor of the room, near the window, is often wet.. the blanket has stains and is not clean.. the TV broadcast is very unclear.. the toilet is also clogged so the water is difficult to drain.. the room window is dirty.. for the staff service it is ok and the location is also very good and strategic.. the room is quite spacious.. the wifi is very bad even though it is connected but cannot be used.. well that's the only drawback during the stay, less than satisfactory.. the breakfast is good..

Just recommend a friend there once.. when I got there my friend was told to move rooms.. asked for a refund but didn't want it.. the room was leaking then asked to change rooms but didn't want it at first.. moved to the room that was given, the shower was leaking, the water was very small.. people wanted to rest, but instead they were told to go back and forth to confirm here and there..

It's a shame, the location is good and the room is also beautiful, but because there is a clubbing place nearby (I think 1 boss) so the sound penetrates into the room, even though our room is opposite, what will happen to those who are side by side... And had a bad experience with the guest next door, it seems like they wanted to go to the clubbing place but it was incredibly noisy, to the point of watching TikTok in the room's hallway, so the sound was very audible, until we decided to leave the room and get angry So Overall we had an unpleasant experience which is very unfortunate, even though the room is beautiful, the location is also strategic for Singkawang culinary lovers.

The service, cleanliness, and food were all good. However, the room wasn't soundproof, and noise from people going up and down the stairs was clearly audible. The hotel needs to address the water supply. The following morning, our water supply was completely shut off, and the hotel claimed it had run out. This is crucial for hotel guests.

The place is quite hard to find because it is far from the road. The rest is worth the price.

The worst hotel I've ever been to, the room was small and dirty, the sofa cushions were moldy, the worst was when my child was taking a bath, there were leeches in the bathroom, without thinking much my child flushed it towards the drain, after my child finished bathing I was told, well of course I panicked, I went to the receptionist and a girl immediately came to the room to check, I told her that it had been flushed towards the drain and she replied that if you see it again, just call them, it's terrible.

Choose a room at the end with a view of the front of the hotel, the room is bigger.

Was check in around 8pm, was welcomed by friendly staff. No elevator available in the building. Next to bar which create noisy during night time.

The AC is not cold enough because the AC is far from the bed. That's all. It's better to have the AC above facing the bed.

I chose a Duluxe type room with a bathtub (good enough to entertain the kids when they want to take a bath), got room 201, the room is spacious, with large windows with a view of the back of the hotel. but unfortunately there is no terrace/balcony. for the concept & comfort it's okay, the water is also smooth, the cleanliness is also okay. The Japanese nuance is very pronounced. if you want to go to the Paquena hotel which is in front of it, the access is also close, only in terms of food it's a bit less varied. it seems like there are a lot of vegetarian menus 🙏
