My name is Yudi, and I am staying in Room 432.
Overall, my experience was good. However, I believe maintenance and service should be improved.
During my stay, I noticed several issues. Some parts of the property were detached or chipped. The phone in my room was not working, and the air conditioning was not cooling properly. The sofas and chairs had visible white stains, which affected the cleanliness and comfort. In addition, there were no towels provided in the room, and I found that staff were not welcoming or did not greet guests.
Yesterday around noon, at the open area near the lobby, I observed a pool staff member scrubbing the waterfall pipe. The area appeared rusty with dark stains, and this cleaning was carried out while guests were still swimming. I find this unacceptable from a hygiene and guest experience perspective.
Please look into the maintenance and overall service of the facilities, especially the rooms. I chose this hotel based on positive reviews from other guests, and I hope improvements can be made.
