Pros: The hotel is located on a main road, close to the city center, with easy access; The hotel and room interiors are minimalist and appear to have been recently renovated; The air conditioning is cool, the room is clean, and the lighting is good; No complaints, but there's no view from the room. Cons: I brought a motorcycle and parked at the hotel, but I was still charged 3,000 IDR for parking (the license plate has been registered); There's only one license plate per room; my friend was charged 35,000 IDR for overnight parking. Suggestions: Perhaps there shouldn't be a parking charge for hotel guests. As far as I remember, this is just the hotel parking lot, and there are no other buildings or businesses within the complex.

The reception staff was friendly, especially Delvi and Mey. The room was clean and tidy. Close to PTC Mall. There's a BCA ATM across from the hotel.

I thought it was completely renovated yesterday... but it seems like it's just the backdrop. Yesterday, I got a room where the window curtains couldn't be opened, and the sliding glass door in the toilet still couldn't be closed, making it muddy. Hopefully, next time they'll really pay attention to renovating the small things. It's a shame if it's half-hearted. Furthermore, the lobby has minimal seating, so you can only stand during check-in and check-out. Hopefully, they'll add mini sofas next time. And the parking system still charges, but it should be free for guests to park.

The AC isn't cold on the 3rd floor, even though I often get rooms 401, 301. The AC is all cold :( The room isn't very clean at the entrance, there's still hair and it's very dusty until my feet are black, I didn't complain because I arrived at night. It's usually very clean even though I like to stay overnight :(((

The room's AC wasn't cold enough, the TV channel facilities weren't good enough, the staff weren't very friendly, for that price the room was small, the bathroom soap was runny like refilling with plain water, they only gave a few tissues... staying there was a bit disappointing, parking was limited. Please improve it so that it can satisfy customers.
