I don't want a smoking room but they give us smoking room because of no room available it is so bad experience and unpleasant service at all.

But we also want to confirm that we did receive your booking at 17.19 pm, therefore the availability of our non smoking rooms is very limited. So we have tried to treat rooms in the smoking area, so that there is no smell of cigarettes. The place quite good, super clean and comfy, but breakfast menu haven't many options, just carbo (bubur, nasi, roti, laksa) the dessert just papaya and watermelon, and the grilled chicken was dry and tough.

Low maintenance and poor cleanliness! This hotel needs a major renovation and probably change of management. Not as lively as before pandemic.
