Everything is ok except the bathroom and the hotel a bit old.

It was quite good because I got a promotional price. If there wasn't a promo, it wouldn't be worth it because the pool area wasn't clean enough and the AC wasn't cold enough.

Great hotel, great service, and nice rooms.

I've had several staycations at this hotel. I booked a deluxe king bed with a view of Jalan Pemuda and it has a bathtub for a hot bath, it's great. The AC had a problem, but the staff quickly fixed it and the AC was very cold again and didn't drip. However, I was a bit disappointed because their new policy in the Deluxe type room now doesn't provide tea, coffee, and sugar like hotels in general, even though they always did before and I think this is a decline in the quality of this hotel. The cleanliness of the towels and sheets could be improved. I hope this hotel will continue to improve, considering it is one of the legendary hotels in Surabaya. Price increases are okay as long as the service and quality are getting better.

The hotel is comfortable. It's close to Tunjungan Mall in Surabaya, just a short walk away. The food and drinks at the cafe are delicious. The room is damp, so it smells unpleasant. The mattress is probably old, too soft to the point of sinking in.

I don't know if it's because of New Year's, so the prices have gone up. But it also has to do with price and service. I stayed for around 700, but with really bad facilities. Especially the breakfast, it's not even that good. It's just a plate and you don't get any drinks.

Recom, near the city center, must stay here

The most impressive thing is the strategic location because it's close to the mall, and the fried rice is really delicious.

The bathroom was dirty and not well maintained. I hadn't slept in the hotel and checked out because the room was not suitable. The sheets were torn and dirty when I first arrived. The mattress was damaged and uncomfortable. It was a bad experience.
