Nice clean place to stay plus close to the consulate.

It was clean and nice. I would have liked to have been informed that everything costs extra. The smell was a bit overwhelming. Overall the price matched the value I suppose

I like that everything is near and easy to get. Although there are some minor details. The price is fair. It is not too expensive or too cheap for what the hotel offers. I liked what it offers without an extraordinary price. I stayed 2 weeks and I wasn't bored at all. The only thing I didn't like much is the internet connection, that one need to be fix or boost.

Spacious rooms with refrigerator and microwave included. Clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent location, just a few steps from the U.S. Consulate, Starbucks, and "Las Misiones," the largest shopping mall in Juarez with many food options, movie theaters, and entertainment. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel also has a laundry room, pool, and gym, but I didn’t use them, so I can’t give an opinion about them. The only downside is that every time I stay here, there isn’t enough toilet paper in the bathroom. This time, there was only half a roll for a two-day stay for two people. I had to ask the staff for more paper, which is not nice, and it has happened every time I’ve stayed here. This is the only reason I’m not giving five stars. But overall, very good for the price.

Hello there very friendly people and helpful asewell,hotel has everything you need also you have all the stores close by so you don’t have trouble too get around and hotel has store inside aswell…it has ac stove microwave refrigerator feels like your at home I will definitely recommend you too stay at these hotel and almost forgot it’s very safe

Lo único debe mejorar el servicio de limpieza, nuestra estadía fue por 7 días y cuando preguntamos por la limpieza nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar lo cual lo encuentro inapropiado por que para eso se pago la estadía para que se brindara el servicio de limpieza y cubrir las necesidades del cliente.

Great service and they helped you when you need it

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is right across from a shopping mall and many restaurants. Walkable to most things in this area. There are no pots and pans in the room so if you are planning to use the kitchenette make sure to ask the front desk about renting a set. Great hotel!
