Great place for a great price

Tienes que llevar o comprar tus propios platos y cacerolas para hacer de comer. Ya que ellos no cuentan con eso y deberian tenerlo.

it is a great location for everything at the consulate. the mall is right next door. everything is pretty much walking distance. staff was very nice & very welcoming. the kitchenette was a great bonus since most hotels don’t have that. the air conditioning works amazing especially since it can get really hot. they have a washer and drier which was very easy to use. overall i am very pleased with this hotel and i wish i would’ve extended our days more here.

Good hotel

Elegí esta ubicación en vez de otras más cercanas a la frontera por la alberca y el gimnasio, sin embargo, los dos primeros días que estuve, el acceso a la alberca tenía un letrero de que estaba en mantenimiento o fuera de servicio. No fue sino hasta el tercer día que me acerqué a preguntar y me comentaron que no, que estaba funcionando bien, cosa que nunca habría sabido porque el letrero indicaba lo contrario. De los 4 días que estuve, el elevador nunca estuvo activo y llámenme exigente pero de las amenidades básicas que encuentro en hoteles son botellas de agua, aunque sea de Costco, pero aquí te las vendían a un precio elevado. En un dato relacionado, el shampoo era tan malo, te dejaba el cabello tan seco que parecía que era a propósito para que bajaras a comprarles de los que ellos ofrecían en su tiendita. El gimnasio solo consta de 2 caminadoras y un set de mancuernas, no cuentan ni con yoga mat. Parece que rara vez se meten a limpiarlo porque el piso estaba lleno de tierra, basura y demás. Si vienes por uno o dos días al Consulado, la ubicación y el servicio del staff es excelente, no se pide más, pero si vienes por más días, reconsideraría quedarme aquí. En lo particular no regresaría, específicamente por el elevador y la suciedad del gimnasio.

Was the kitchen very satisfactory all good and then about the rest of the room everything well. Recommend to staying there.

Ive seen reviews talk about a smell in the lobby, i think it the sewers in Juarez. That smell was almost all over Juarez. The hotel didn't look like what I seen online, but it wasn't bad. It was clean. All staff members we encountered were very nice. We felt safe. Having a kitchenette saved us alot on eating. The room served its purpose. Temporary shelter while we did our business at the Consulate. We liked the location. Close to a mall, corner stores, the consulate, restaurants, etc.

Muy buena ubicación y precio del hospedaje, todo estaba muy limpio y todo el personal fue muy amable y aclaraba nuestras dudas,sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí.

Great location for immigration process , everything was great except if you planning to stay as for vacation and quiet environment this is not the place you can hear everything trough the walls , by 7 am cleaning crew start making noise you wouldn’t be able to sleep at all after 7 am .

the room was not very comfortable. Few outlets, moldy showers, ceilings looked there are leaks from floor above. There were no lamps only one light switch which lights up the whole room.

Loved that it had a full size refrigerator!

This hotel has so many policies that are not listed in Expedia. The reception crew is rude and does not help to problem solve. No visitors allowed. I had friends and family that could not come visit because there was a 2 person limit in the room. We were only given one key to the room. We were constantly harassed and reminded not to bring visitors. At one point there was a sand storm and a woman with a baby was told she couldn’t come into the building because she lobby was at capacity. There are 20 chairs in the lobby but there is a max of 6 people. Just a terrible experience. It’s okay to have policies but make them known beforehand so that travelers can plan accordingly.

Todo bien lo único malo todo te venden muy caro y los pasillos están limpios pero tienen un extraño olor el la regadera siempre se tapan hay buen trato pero estaría mejor incluyeran prestar siquiera una casuelita para cocinar porque te toca comprar todo y es molesto y complicado alo que solo vamos de paso.
