I liked the room size and the tv Chanel’s were good and worked very well. Bathroom was clean and floor was clean. Good for the price. Only stayed one day . Bed frame make a lot of noise and not to comfy. Only really bad thing was that there was a nasty sewer smell in the morning that woke us up.. we check out and left after that

I tried multiple times to contact this hotel to confirm my reservation, but no one ever answered the phone. Due to the complete lack of communication, I had no choice but to cancel the reservation. Unfortunately, they refused to issue a refund. Extremely disappointing experience — I would not recommend booking here unless you’re comfortable being left in the dark with no support.

Nice stay for our consulate interview, everything close to the hotel, friendly staff, our only complain is that they only clean the room every 7 days, probably consider 3 days max, but probably they do this for the safety of their guest.

I loved my stay until 10 minutes into it. We were asked to move rooms because they were expecting a business person to arrive there. They treated me as if I didn't matter. I own my own business in America and regardless of the person you don't treat others that way. Your mistake is your mistake and you should take responsibility not your customer. I moved to the Marriott close by for the rest of the 7 days I'm here. Great choice to move!
