Clean better and more days one day a week is not enough.

La alberca no estaba filtrandose la basura abia buchos pelos el baño o la tasa no tiene un sepiyo y las almuadas guelen muy mal deai en mas todo bien

En otros hoteles por el mismo precio te limpian la habitación diario, en el.gimnasio solo hay dos maquinas y una no sirve.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional from the outset. My wife arrived ahead of me and managed to check in efficiently. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose it again if we were to visit the city. We encountered no issues during our stay.

We came for my mom’s appointment for her immigration visa and decide to stay in this hotel, it is close to the consulado, clínica médica y huellas. The staff is very friendly, the front desk and the cleaning staff were so nice. I will recommend this place to people who will come in the future to do any immigration process. Thank you Carlos and sorry for giving you a hard time lol, thank you Irvin and the rest of the staff you guys make us feel like home.

The staff was great very help full all the time kitchen was good all you need. only thing we didn't like was they don't clean your room often we waited 7 days for them to clean our room and if you want them to clean it sooner you had to pay a fee.
