The staff are very friendly, but honestly, the room is just so-so. Maybe they could give more attention to the interior to make it more contemporary. The room is too spacious but it feels really empty. Then I got a bedsheet with lots of stains, on the pillowcase there was also marker writing, it's just not clean enough, it's not nice to look at. Honestly, the view is okay. The breakfast is not very varied in my opinion, and when I wanted to eat porridge and it was still very early at 7:30, I had to wait for the bowl to be washed, it was a mess. But it's okay for a boredom cure.

The cleanliness of the room is good, but I would like the hotel staff, especially the front desk, to be more responsive when welcoming new guests. When my family and I arrived for breakfast, the tables were full, but not well organized. If there are guests sitting alone or in pairs at a large table, please provide a table for two. I came with an elderly person who has difficulty walking up stairs. Instead, we were told to go upstairs to eat in the meeting room. The table was not prepared, there were no tissues, etc. Please improve the quality of service.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the villa was generally clean. The only thing missing was the sheets and pillowcases, which looked dirty and unwashed. There were brown stains on the sheets. The bathroom lights could also be brighter, as I brought my parents with me and they were a bit wary of the dark bathroom, as the floor was black. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The room is comfortable, the atmosphere is serene, and it's perfect for relaxing. Unfortunately, the TV isn't a smart TV yet, so you can't watch Netflix or YouTube. It looks like the TV needs an upgrade to make your stay at Heuvel Resort even more enjoyable.

Sorry, it didn't live up to expectations. Yesterday, when we checked in, a wasp-like creature entered the room, and the lights went out for a long time. There was no preparation at all.

It's very kid friendly, my son really likes his room, he sleeps soundly, then wakes up early in the morning because he wants to swim, the swimming pool is also clean and comfortable, the restaurant also has a nice view... 9/10

Always happy when I go to Dago Heuvel. Even though it's a remote place in the end, but when I get there, the atmosphere is really nice. The staff is really friendly. The room is spacious and the AC is cold. The hot water for the shower works well, the room request is also given hihihi. The best anyway.. The BF food is also quite delicious and the view is really cool 🤗. Thank you Dago Heuvel, next time I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAIN ❤️

The breakfast was delicious, the room was nice, the space was spacious, and there was hot water. I stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff was friendly.
