Everything was so great! Lots of stores nearby and very close to the Shin-Koiwa Station, which is famous for its Monchhichi statue! Staff and receptionists were all very helpful. I arrived around 5 to 6 hours (10 AM) before check-in time (3 PM), and they let me put my luggage in their storage. They even helped put it in the room when I got back from exploring around (after 3 PM). Building security is also good. We got a passcode for the front door and for our room. When it was check-out time, I could still put my luggage in the hotel’s storage and continue exploring the city.

From the station to the hotel 5 minutes. Exit the north gate at Shin Koiwa station. In front of the hotel there is Lawson, there is a local supermarket open until 12 midnight. Passed by the train to Narita directly. Can keep luggage sent from other cities. After check out can keep luggage until 10pm.

Very close to JR Shin Koiwa station, so it's practical. There are many convenience stores around the hotel and there is also a cheap supermarket. Good environment, good facilities. There is a halal kebab restaurant in front of the station.

The hotel is reasonably priced. The room is small and suitable for a single person. It might be a little outside the city, 30-40 minutes. The bathroom is clean. There is a refrigerator and a microwave. It is very convenient for traveling. Next time, I will go back to stay here again.

If you want to cook, rent cooking utensils at the reception. The room must be cleaned by yourself, throw away the trash yourself, the room is quite spacious and the bathroom is also quite spacious. Will stay here again if I go to Tokyo. Such a great experience ❤️
