I've stayed at this hotel before in 2023. I booked it again purely because of the great service, very quick check-in, quiet neighborhood, lots of dining and shopping in the area, and most importantly, a 1-min walk to the train station with trains that can get you anywhere in Tokyo. I plan on doing another Japan trip in 2027, and no doubt I will book this hotel again from my Tokyo stay. My one suggestion though would be to include tea-bags and sugar along with the room kettle and cups in the room.

Staff was very friendly very helpful did not get the name of the man running the counter but he deserves a raise. Very close to akihabara about 18 min train ride, station around the corner, convenient stores and grocery stores right across the street with plenty of restaurants in all directions some even 24 hours will definitely be back next year for our next trip and will rebook in a heartbeat. Very affordable would love an option to opt out on cleaning/ towels or atleast only a few days.

I've stayed at this hotel before in 2023. Recently went to Japan and chose this place to stay because wasn’t to expensive and very close to a train station.
- cleaning is well done
- room is very small but it’s okay because your out all day ahah

This hotel is only 2 minutes away from Shinkoiwa station in Tokyo. Shinkoiwa station is only 12 min from Tokyo station if you use a rapid train. The room was very small but this is pretty average in Tokyo. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is a business type hotel that mostly caters for japanese business people and travellers. Like all Japanese Hotels - expensive and less expensive, the rooms are quite compact. However the accommodation is ideal for a couple or single traveller. There are no frills and you hardly see any staff, but the rooms are clean and had a microwave, jug and some diningware. The hotel is located about 30 minutes to the east of Tokyo by train (quicker if you hop on a rapid train) on the JR Sobu line that goes directly to the Haneda airport - Shin-Koiwa.station is 1 minute away. We stayed there mid November 2023 for 4 nights because we want to stay in varied locations whilst in Tokyo. No downsides! - Would stay again. If you pay more that A$80 - A$120 for decent accommodation you have too much money - especially since you are only using it for a base to sleep.

It is really convenient if the hotel reception can work 24/7 as foreign guests like myself who doesn't speak or read japanese feel reassured that help is close by when we need it.
Overall I like my clean, spacious room, close to local train station Shin Koiwa- 4stops to Tokyo central station and supermarket, eateries........
I do not mind to stay here again and recommend it to people.
