Had a great 2D1N stay at JM Marvel! The location is very central with easy access to good food and spas nearby. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and all the staff were very polite and friendly. Special thanks to the team for surprising my mum with a birthday cake at the restaurant — it made our stay extra memorable. Highly recommend!

Receptionists Hien and Dat are very enthusiastic. All other staff have very attentive service attitude.

Lovely hotel close to everything in old quarter. Looks exactly as it does in pictures. Beds are very comfy. Staff are excellent, very friendly and go above and beyond. Only stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay here again.

The first time I encountered this problem, the payment was 2 nights, but it turned out to be 4 hours of 2 nights. Time to check in with the odd notebook out. Also paid and the hotel said not yet paid, please pay the 2 night charge

I paid for the app for 1 night at JM hotel, but when I checked in, they said it was 3 hours of price and had to pay extra. This is not a good way to set up the guests

I had a pleasant stayed here. We stayed in family room. The beds are cozy. I would recommended this hotel to everyone. The staff are amazing. Too bad we stayed here only for one night.

My guest cannot receive the correct room rate! I put Junior room with a sofa, but the guests did not look like a photo! We don't have time to take photos, so I don't have pictures here to feedback
