Really well located, great service. Room on the smaller side but had everything we needed. Great option if you are staying in Hanoi.

Excellent staff and service in a convenient location!

Stayed here twice, before and after an overnight trip to Ha Long Bay. It's well located, within walking distance of quite a few places. Rooms are well appointed, and staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff at JM Marvel was wonderful. Always checking in to make sure my family was good. They provided great recommendation on food and services near the hotel. They also went above and beyond by noticing my mom upcoming birthday and decorated her room with balloons and happy birthday sign. The entire staff was delightful and thoughtful. From the front desk manager Jayce to the cleaning crew that decorated my mom’s room to the kitchen staff. I highly highly recommend this hotel.

Quiet and very comfortable

What a beautiful and well located boutique hotel in Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff were amazing from check in to check out! JM Marvel was our “home base” and we returned 3 times to our Hanoi home. Ny was our main point of contact and he pampered us and we were very well treated by the entire staff, but Ny was exceptional! Highly recommend!

Excellent service. They dedicate a staff member who checks on you throughout the day. She is a personal concierge. Amazing!!!!

The staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful, they really provided outstanding service. We needed to leave early one morning for a guided tour, and they arranged for the restaurant to be available for us before official opening, so we could pack up some breakfast items to go. Location is also great, close enough to all the excitement in the Old Quarter and train street, tons of cafes, restaurants, street food stalls and stores within walking distance. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great location within walking distance to Train Street, shops, a pharmacy and convenience store. The restaurant and bar on site had great drinks and food. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is in a great location and the staff was extremely helpful. I really liked the look and style of the hotel. The breakfast wasn't the best I had on my 3 week vacation and one reason I didn't give the hotel 5 stars. Also, someone was moving furniture gor hours my last night there, which was really annoying as I was trying to rest. Overall, it's a nice hotel that I would definitely consider staying again.

Breakfast was poor. No window. I should have been told when i made the reservation. The welcome on arrival was good. Food at CM was better.

A lovely hotel within easy access to tourist attractions, but with the added benefit of an absolutely amazing team who are friendly, welcoming and helpful. They really will do everything they can to ensure you have a great holiday. Facilities were great, we ate at the sky bar a couple of times. It serves Vietnamese food at good prices as well as cocktails and other drinks.

The room was quite small, although the hotel was centrally located. The staff were friendly. The roof top bar was nice.

Our second visit and was the same, Great! The location is right in the middle of Old Quarter Ha Noi, walkable to many food spots, shopping, etc. Very clean rooms and comfortable, also fast laundry service. Sky Bar on the roof and a full restaurant servicing delicious Vietnamese food. We will return again,

Best experience of any hotel or resort we have ever experienced. First class service worth a smile. The hotel staff, from the Bell Hops, to the Front Desk, to the Room Attendants, to the Spa Staff, to the Kitchen Staff, all approached their duties with such enthusiasm and sincerity. They were professional yet warm. My husband and I both celebrated our birthdays during our stay. They arranged special birthday celebrations for each of us. They made us feel like family. Our king-sized suite with a street view balcony was just like their photos. The bed was so welcoming and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and never seemed to run out of hot water. It was nice to have bottled water included each day. The decor was beautiful and elegant. We did not want for anything. The location was excellent: in the Old Quarter, but not on a busy street. All attractions were walkable. If you ever find yourself wanting to visit an Asian country, We would highly recommend you look to come to Vietnam. Make Hanoi your first stop. We did it for 10 days and loved it. We also recommend you stay at JM MARVEL HOTEL AND SPAR RESORT in the Old Quartet. You will love it.
