Nice hotel at a very good location. Buffet breakfast was good and very not crowded. Had dinner at the hotel resturant and it was delicious. Best thing about the hotel is the staff, very helpful and polite. Special thanks to Trang Nguyen for helping us and arranging a private car to Nihn Binh.

Outstanding from start to finish - everything about the hotel was faultless and such value for money. Its boutique nature gives way more attention than a huge expensive Intercontinental Hotel or similar could give. Surprised me just how great a smaller hotel is - when I return, I will book again. The restaurant and rooftop bar are fantastic BTW in fact, the restaurant food was better than the one Michelin star Tam Vi in Hanoi!

Im Großen und Ganzen okay, aber sehr laut und hellhörig. Ich habe gehört, welchen Song der Zimmernachbar unter der Dusche gesungen hat. Ruhe findet man hier kaum. Frühstück mehr als schlecht, Wurst & Käse komplett ungekühlt. Als reine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit okay, da die Lage sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für sightseeing ist. Mehr aber auch nicht. Wir würden nicht nochmal her kommen.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. As an Expedia Gold member perk, I was to receive three free drinks (for the 3 adults in my group). Staff told me it was only supposed to be ONE drink for our group but then I shared a screen shot from Expedia showing the perk and they conceded. When we went to get the drinks, we were told only sodas qualified, not even plain juices (we don’t drink alcohol). This was one of the pricier hotels we have stayed at in Hanoi so I expected better. The whole drink experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not plan to come back to this hotel.

We had a great stay! The room and bathroom were clean and the shower pressure was great! It was nice to come back to a comfortable bed after a long day of outings. The hotel is located in the heart of old quarter and everything is within walking distance. The hotel spa offers a “head spa” which includes a head massage and hair wash , and was nothing like I had experienced before. We were also picked up from the airport for around $25. Thank you JM Marvel for your hospitality!

This was my favorite stay in Vietnam! Wonderful staff who greeted us with fresh fruit and tea. Breakfast was great and the staff went over the top to make my birthday special! Pretty good area of the old town with the best bun cha just across the street. Very comfortable beds and great cocktails on the rooftop bar. Quality soap, shower gel and shampoo in the room, and the best offering of towels of all our hotel stays. For the price range of this property, it is a great value. They sent us off with water and a spectacular Vietnamese tea for our journey. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from this location. I would love to stay here again if my travels bring me back to Hanoi.

The staff here are very kind and attentive -Especially the front desk. They genuinely care for you and will be happy to accommodate and give any suggestions for restaurants, entertainment, and whatever it is you’re looking for. Overall the rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is delicious and convenient. We’ve also tried their rooftop bar and their drinks are very good! They take the time to explain the drinks and there is even a happy hour! We wish we could have stayed here longer.

Im Großen und Ganzen okay, aber sehr laut und hellhörig. Ich habe gehört, welchen Song der Zimmernachbar unter der Dusche gesungen hat. Ruhe findet man hier kaum. Frühstück mehr als schlecht, Wurst & Käse komplett ungekühlt. Als reine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit okay, da die Lage sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für sightseeing ist. Mehr aber auch nicht. Wir würden nicht nochmal her kommen.

Overall, the hotel is quite nice, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. However, the soundproofing is poor—you can hear people walking in the hallway, which makes it hard to sleep. The hotel’s interior is also quite outdated.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. As an Expedia Gold member perk, I was to receive three free drinks (for the 3 adults in my group). Staff told me it was only supposed to be ONE drink for our group but then I shared a screen shot from Expedia showing the perk and they conceded. When we went to get the drinks, we were told only sodas qualified, not even plain juices (we don’t drink alcohol). This was one of the pricier hotels we have stayed at in Hanoi so I expected better. The whole drink experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not plan to come back to this hotel.

Our personal concierge Trang Nguyen made this a vacation we will never forget. Her attention to detail, follow up with our excursion, daily checking with us to make sure everything was going as planned, suggestions for places to shop and eat and her genuine compassion made even the smallest mishaps enjoyable. We had a great stay! The room and bathroom were clean and the shower pressure was great! It was nice to come back to a comfortable bed after a long day of outings. The hotel is located in the heart of old quarter and everything is within walking distance. The hotel spa offers a “head spa” which includes a head massage and hair wash , and was nothing like I had experienced before. We were also picked up from the airport for around $25. This was my favorite stay in Vietnam! Wonderful staff who greeted us with fresh fruit and tea. Breakfast was great and the staff went over the top to make my birthday special! Pretty good area of the old town with the best bun cha just across the street. Very comfortable beds and great cocktails on the rooftop bar. Quality soap, shower gel and shampoo in the room, and the best offering of towels of all our hotel stays. For the price range of this property, it is a great value. They sent us off with water and a spectacular Vietnamese tea for our journey. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from this location. I would love to stay here again if my travels bring me back to Hanoi.

The staff here are very kind and attentive -Especially the front desk. They genuinely care for you and will be happy to accommodate and give any suggestions for restaurants, entertainment, and whatever it is you’re looking for. Overall the rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is delicious and convenient. We’ve also tried their rooftop bar and their drinks are very good! They take the time to explain the drinks and there is even a happy hour! We wish we could have stayed here longer.
