Our personal concierge Trang Nguyen made this a vacation we will never forget. Her attention to detail, follow up with our excursion, daily checking with us to make sure everything was going as planned, suggestions for places to shop and eat and her genuine compassion made even the smallest mishaps enjoyable. At one point her service brought us to tears of joy. JM Marvel is very fortunate to have Trang on their staff.

We had a great stay! The room and bathroom were clean and the shower pressure was great! It was nice to come back to a comfortable bed after a long day of outings. The hotel is located in the heart of old quarter and everything is within walking distance. The hotel spa offers a “head spa” which includes a head massage and hair wash , and was nothing like I had experienced before. We were also picked up from the airport for around $25. Thank you JM Marvel for your hospitality!

This was my favorite stay in Vietnam! Wonderful staff who greeted us with fresh fruit and tea. Breakfast was great and the staff went over the top to make my birthday special! Pretty good area of the old town with the best bun cha just across the street. Very comfortable beds and great cocktails on the rooftop bar. Quality soap, shower gel and shampoo in the room, and the best offering of towels of all our hotel stays. For the price range of this property, it is a great value. They sent us off with water and a spectacular Vietnamese tea for our journey. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from this location. I would love to stay here again if my travels bring me back to Hanoi.

They genuinely care for you and will be happy to accommodate and give any suggestions for restaurants, entertainment, and whatever it is you’re looking for. Overall the rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is delicious and convenient. We’ve also tried their rooftop bar and their drinks are very good! They take the time to explain the drinks and there is even a happy hour! We wish we could have stayed here longer.

She stayed in contact with us and followed up closely, even when our flight was cancelled due to the conflict in Middle East she was communicating with us making sure we arrived safe at home. Mai Linh and her associates were awesome and genuinely appreciated that we chose to stay at JM Marvel. We will highly recommend anyone visiting Hanoi to stay at this hotel as it is a nice small boutique hotel that is located centrally in the Old Quarter. The staff here is AMAZING. They welcomed us with tea and a list of great restaurants nearby. They brought our bags up the stairs and into the room, and texted me on WhatsApp just to see if we needed anything at all. Breakfast was great, and the rooftop bar is gorgeous. Upon check out, the bell hop even walked our suitcases to our NEXT HOTEL for us! Truly, a fantastic place to stay. 5 stars. Just a heads up, all of the services offered by the hotel are cash only.

Our personal concierge Trang Nguyen made this a vacation we will never forget. Her attention to detail, follow up with our excursion, daily checking with us to make sure everything was going as planned, suggestions for places to shop and eat and her genuine compassion made even the smallest mishaps enjoyable. At one point her service brought us to tears of joy. JM Marvel is very fortunate to have Trang on their staff.

We had a great stay! The room and bathroom were clean and the shower pressure was great! It was nice to come back to a comfortable bed after a long day of outings. The hotel is located in the heart of old quarter and everything is within walking distance. The hotel spa offers a “head spa” which includes a head massage and hair wash , and was nothing like I had experienced before. We were also picked up from the airport for around $25. Thank you JM Marvel for your hospitality!

This was my favorite stay in Vietnam! Wonderful staff who greeted us with fresh fruit and tea. Breakfast was great and the staff went over the top to make my birthday special! Pretty good area of the old town with the best bun cha just across the street. Very comfortable beds and great cocktails on the rooftop bar. Quality soap, shower gel and shampoo in the room, and the best offering of towels of all our hotel stays. For the price range of this property, it is a great value. They sent us off with water and a spectacular Vietnamese tea for our journey. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from this location. I would love to stay here again if my travels bring me back to Hanoi.

The staff here are very kind and attentive -Especially the front desk. They genuinely care for you and will be happy to accommodate and give any suggestions for restaurants, entertainment, and whatever it is you’re looking for. Overall the rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is delicious and convenient. We’ve also tried their rooftop bar and their drinks are very good! They take the time to explain the drinks and there is even a happy hour! We wish we could have stayed here longer.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff is amazing going above and beyond surprising us with birthday gift and decoration. Very attentive and kind. Room is very comfortable and clean. Delicious breakfast with good variety and fresh food every day. I would stay here again.

We stayed for few days and we received an amazing attention from the staff, in particular with Lee who constantly helped us to find the best choices, recommending places, booking transportation for us. She stayed in contact with us and followed up closely, even when our flight was cancelled due to the conflict in Middle East she was communicating with us making sure we arrived safe at home. We had a wonderful stay at JM Marvel Hotel & Spa. Right from when we arrived, we were treated as First Class guests. Mai Linh and her associates were awesome and genuinely appreciated that we chose to stay at JM Marvel. We will highly recommend anyone visiting Hanoi to stay at this hotel as it is a nice small boutique hotel that is located centrally in the Old Quarter. The staff here is AMAZING. They welcomed us with tea and a list of great restaurants nearby. They brought our bags up the stairs and into the room, and texted me on WhatsApp just to see if we needed anything at all. Breakfast was great, and the rooftop bar is gorgeous. Upon check out, the bell hop even walked our suitcases to our NEXT HOTEL for us! Truly, a fantastic place to stay. 5 stars. Just a heads up, all of the services offered by the hotel are cash only.

Personnel A1, propreté à point, toutes les installations sont de qualités supérieures comme on s’attend d’un 5 étoiles, la localisation est super. Mais un très gros irritant, l’hôtel n’accepte pas de paiement par carte de crédit. Lors de la réservation cette info devrait être très clairement mentionné. La raison invoquée par l’hôtel en est une pour raison de fraude. Cette raison ne me satisfait pas du tout.

Great location. Beautiful room with beautiful washroom and shower. Very nice rooftop bar. Some down sides, the AC never seemed to work, and the shower temperature was super random. But overall we enjoyed our stay.
