Highly recommended and I will definitely come back. It’s small but they got everything you need! Good and considerate service, a comfy bed, a good breakfast and a spa if you want some relaxing time.

這一次的住宿經驗實在太美好了，飯店所有人員態度都非常好英文也很專業，能仔細觀察顧客的需求提供服務。房間打掃的很乾淨整齊，住起來非常舒適，早餐提供的餐點每一道都很好吃！下次住宿一定還會選擇這裡，非常值得！

Everything is good. The room is very clean. The food is delicious. The service is very good. Go anywhere is convenient.

河内酒店大多数房间为小，可齐全。酒店位置好，出行方便。服务一流，干净卫生，大大推荐！ 有点遗憾是早上5点钟，可能有客人在退房，没把门关好，门铃一直响，没人来处理，害我被吵醒，要打电话到楼下叫帮忙检查，但总体来说性价比较高的一个酒店，值得入住！

Very great staff and nice environment, close to everywhere

the service is very good, I like the hotel decoration most, deeply attract me . and what a wonder time to drink beer and enjoy night city view at the top floor .It is quite difficult to find out any deficiency. I would like recommend it .

Good, nice and helpful staff; clean and tidy room

The JM Marvel Hotel & Spa is a nice Hotel. The room is very comfortable and clean, nice breakfast with great location in the Old Quarter. They have provided great service to the customers not only the trip in Hanoi, but also before our trip they have already contacted us and help us to purchase the show tickets. Highly recommended.

Good location which 10mins walk to town centre. Good restaurant in-house. Very nice shower and comfortable mattress. Highly recommend
