The worst, dirty, old room, smells humidity, it wasn't the same place shown in the app. Far from everything. Not recommended at all. Very bad experience.

Room was clean, especially bedding and lots of extra towels. Tile floor was slippery in shower with no grab bars or shelf. More hangers or hooks would be helpful. Desk small but functional. No coffee or tea amenities, just brew pot. Hosts and cleaning staff available and responsive. pot.

The place was clean and had everything we needed.

No windows. Need a Key to enter and exit through a laundry area. Bed was comfortable but this was a pretty odd setup. Closer to airport departure.

Love the place keeping the inf for nex time

Staff was very helpful and responsive when I called for directions. Clear communication once I reached them. Room access required walking through the laundry area, which is not very presentable for guests. Bathroom cleanliness needs improvement (hair and visible footprints). Room had a strong humidity/moist smell. The moisture odor transferred to my clothing. Overall stay was uncomfortable due to the humidity issue.

Room felt like a box. Only one coffee cup for 2 people. Pillows were very large and hard.

Spotless room, easy check in and out, friendly staff

The parking was very convenient, it was clean and quiet. Also close to all the restaurants and bars! The host was very friendly and polite.

I was sent the entry instructions to the wrong location, and I was unable to reach them by phone, so had to call an uber to take me to a hotel. Elizabeth with Segovia Studios did eventually (10:45 PM at night ) send me a text and said she had sent me the wrong information. But at nearly 11:00 at night, I had already taken measures to get lodging at a nearby hotel. Elizibeth did offer me a refund, so I am working on getting that now

The soap in the bathroom was water. Felt safe, no one knocked on my door, very cold room, had everything I needed, I didn’t watch the tv but they had that

Very clean and close to the airport.

It could’ve more closely resembled the photographs and there were tiles missing in the bathroom, and we could’ve used another blanket. The closet door was broken. The place needs some freshening. But proximity to the car rental and airport were ideal.

Everything was convenient. Room had handy kitchen area with microwave, sink, dishes - silverware for two plus soap. Location was close to grocery store and a few dining places. Clean room and AC worked super.

My mother and I stayed for a 3 nights and it was so quiet and super clean. The beds were comfortable too! I would have given 5 stars however the entry door was hard to get in and out of , the locking mechanism was difficult but managed to figure it out - however it both of us to open it . Communication with the property managers were easy and clear with instructions. Very close to the airport

Check-in communication from host was poor, and last minute. They told me the sink pipe was broken, but they had removed the kitchen counter, cabinets, and sink. The microwave was on the floor. The things like utensils were on the floor in a cabinet with some open jars of food. Also the AC in one bedroom didn't work because there was no remote to turn it on. The tv in that room also didn't work well at all- too blurry to watch. I messaged the host about the AC but she did not reply.
