My only complaint was no soap in bathroom.

Suitable place to stay for a short term visit to the area. Appreciated the very cold AC and proximity to the airport, as well as the abundance of towels and washcloths available for use! That said, the surrounding neighborhood is very loud and busy and without a balcony, you’re really just coming and going. Overall, it’s a fine place for a quick visit !

It was a great little room, hated that I couldn’t lock the room from the inside but it did have a chain. The bathroom was small but manageable the shower drain how ever had a funky smell. Overall it was a pleasant over night stay, early check is was available at an additional fee of course but the fee is reasonable.

The owner is very attractive and is a nice place to stay.

This is the first place I stayed in PR where I heard nobody at night but coquis one night. I slept good. I stayed here solo and it was perfect for me- nice clean space with very friendly people work here I appreciate the quick responses and good stay. Will stay again .

It was not in hotel zone. Got more of the local feel. Studio clean had fridge microwave dinnerware. Should have had a stove. The lady was very helpful

This place is a gem! They are small studio apartments but very spacious and clean! They were others staying next to us and we did not hear them at all! They also have coin operated laundry onsite and parking! The perk about this gem is that it is in a neighborhood and the neighbors are awesome, one neighbor feeds the chickens in the morning and night so you get a first-hand experience to feeding them! It is safe and very quiet the police station is a block away. The a.c. was awesome and the water pressure was good. We saw a couple of ants but nothing too concerning! We will be booking again.

The room itself was nice, wish there was a sitting area especially for a 10 day stay, the housekeeper was super sweet. The lobby had a lot of clutter but it was not bad. Would stay again if a shorter stay :)

Very quiet

I arrived at the property, around 1 am and I had some trouble getting in the property, the host was helpful to getting, but the lock to the apartment seemed to have been broken or defective. I went to get a bottle of water to take my medication and it was a plastic water bottle that was refilled and put in the refrigerator. Completely unacceptable!

Easy check in, communication with host was great. The room was clean, quiet, AC worked fantastic, I had hot water and most importantly felt safe! I would definitely rebook again in the future!

The bed was slept in and sheets not changed or remade from whoever was there before me. There were fake fingernails someone took off that were all over the apartment floor. Gross. Hair balls and dirt stick to your feet. The water in the shower is hot for no more than five minutes. There was food in the fridge that smelled and was rotten from not being cleaned out in forever. The towels they put out for you TO USE were in a pile ON THE DISGUSTING FLOOR near the front door, I brought my own thankfully.The neighbors dog barks 24/7, so sleep is a no go and I felt disgusting staying here. I tried to go somewhere else but it was way too expensive last minute. Will never stay here again.

So cute and comfortable. Very clean and fully furnished with all necessary cooking appliances. Would book again

It was an excellent place near San Juan, clean and spacious, I actually booked them again, that’s how impressed I was!

Place clean quiet and loved the kitchenette

Its a nice place to come back to after a full day of walking around but it is quiet noisy later in the day due to it being residential

I really liked the condo Very nice and clean. It was close to el yunke and luquido beach. The women who runs it was awesome. Very good at returning my phone calls.
