Buen lugar

Super friendly staff. Perfectly located near the highway, and supermarkets. One of th best beds I have ever slept in

The only issue was that the beach was 10 to 20 minutes in car not walking other than that everything was ok ....to far from old San Juan but very close to other things to do in Isla Verde in Campo rico ❤️

Everything was good far as close location to beach. However, little flying bugs and ants was frequently seen throughout our five day stay. Also, we did not have Wifi the last day of our stay which suck.

No complaints room was spacious, staff was always around to help and provide clean towels washer and dryer on site parking included air conditioner worked no issue. Very convenient to everything beaches, restaurants airport car rental etc.

Host was super responsive, AC was great

A cute little place in a very convenient neighborhood; the perfect place to spend the night before flying out of SJU. Even has off-street parking! I think this won't be the last time we stay here.

Communication with the host was poor. Three days before we were to check in, the host sent a message on what our ETA would be. I replied back and asked if we could check in any earlier. The morning of check in the host had still not responded nor did they send me any check in instructions. Because we had not heard back from the host, I made reservations at a hotel. After the reservation was made, the host contacted me and said I couldn't check in early (which was fine) and said they didn't send check in info until it was time to check in. If they had just replied to the message days before and told me that, it would have been okay. Because I was worried I wouldn't have a place to stay, I made other arrangements.

Unit was clean, beds were so comfortable. Provided 1 firm mattress in one room and one soft in other. Worked out great for my family. Area seemed safe but a little sketchy few blocks around to get there. Host called and sent detailed message, only thing was I called her a few times "at appropriate times " and left msgs, parking discrepancy issue, space she allowed was taken, found parking elsewhere. Was unresponsive to the next day of discharge. I figured out by touble shooting and would still recommend this place because she really runs it clean and well stocked and accommodating. Needs to wrk on replying to messages well into a appropriate time frame ofc! Front lock needs to get instructions! Figured it out after too many tries.

Nice place just 10 min drive to airport even in 7am traffic. In a residential neighborhood. Get code to get in from owner. Easy to reach and very responsive. Room was nice, small, clean place. Decor is a bit scuffed and such, but who cares for a cheap place near the airport. We used Uber to get from here to other locations. Nice easy place for a quick trip to airport.

LSTAY AWAY FROM SEGOVIA STUDIO UNITS IN PR

Everything was lovely, and it's close to everything.

Segovia Suites was comfortable, clean and cool. We needed a place for one night stay and they were perfect!

Owner and staff were very kind and communicative.

The first room we got in the floor & walls were wet. The room was hot. The host moved us to the next room which was great! The water occasionally was hot due to everyone sharing so it was either like warm or cold most of the time. The sheets did not smell great or clean but with no hesitation we received new ones but they did not smell the best either. Overall the just had good communication but some things could have been better.

Entering through a laundry closet was strange and barely being able to open the outside door because a car was parked up to it was a pain. I don’t recommend.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Segovia Studio unit. The room looked nothing like the photos that were posted online. When I arrived, the walls had visible mold and the entire room had a very strong musty, moldy smell that made it uncomfortable to stay there. There was also no hot water during my stay, which made basic things like showering very difficult. Another issue was the lack of proper windows or ventilation, which made the room feel even more unpleasant. Overall, the condition of the unit did not match the listing or expectations at all. I would strongly recommend that the property address the cleanliness, mold, and maintenance issues before renting the unit to future guests.

There were no windows at all in the room, which I had not understood from the listing. The main door from the outside green beans locked while you were inside and you need to use the key to get out. Between the lack of windows and the locking in, it does not feel like a safe place to stay in case of fire or some other emergency. I would not stay here again because of that.
