I brought my family from Medan to stay at El Hotel Kelapa Gading because of the cleanliness, friendliness of the security, receptionists, and other staff, the comprehensive breakfast, and delicious food. Recommended! Just a suggestion: keep the pool clean, and especially for those swimming, it's recommended to wear swimwear. Thanks in advance.

The staff were friendly, the room (suite executive two bedrooms) was amazing, spacious, and cozy. The breakfast was great and tasty. But for a 4-stars hotel, the amenities need to be improved, we booked for 4 persons but there was only one tiny pack of liquid soap and shampoo, 3 packs of toothbrush and paste. Overall it was great, thank you El Hotel.

It would be better to change the room faster. The check-in time was already delayed, at 3 I only got a room at 5. I arrived at 2, I had been waiting for almost 3 hours sitting in the lobby, it was tiring to bring a child because there were no rooms available. Even though the check-out time was 12, how come there were no strange rooms for that long. Improve the service again, don't be so arbitrary. I went to the hotel to rest, it was tiring and I didn't get any bonus, and the check-out time was pushed back too, if it was at 2, whether I wanted to or not, I definitely wouldn't want to, right? No matter how busy the hotel was, we shouldn't have to wait too long and waste our time.

It was a very satisfying experience staying here, number 1 is the friendliness of the staff ❤️ The best facilities, delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms make you not want to go home. I will definitely come back here. BTW, thank you for making the mirror art wedding anniversary even though usually there is an additional fee but this one is not. It was a perfect staycation experience here 😭😭😭❤️

The hotel atmosphere is cozy, comfortable for family time, strategic location close to malls and culinary spots in Kelapa Gading, most importantly the rooms are spacious and clean, plus point we got a room with a good view of the sunrise and sunset of North Jakarta city

The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, the room (junior suite) was clean and spacious, all 3 TVs worked well, and toiletries and mineral water were provided daily. I'll be staying here again next vacation :)
