I stayed for 4 days in a family room. The bed was terrible. The bed is old and not properly balanced. I hurt my back so bad. The AC is leaking. We reported it and the problem is still there. Breakfast was so-so. Corridor smell. The staff's service was excellent.

The bathroom lacks a bidet, and the showerhead is fixed overhead and can't be lowered. It's not very kid-friendly. All the restrooms in the hotel also lack bidets. Breakfast is often spicy, but only eggs and soup are non-spicy.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staying at EL Hotel was a very pleasant experience. The service was excellent, especially from Ka Lintang at the front office who was friendly, helpful, and provided the best service during check-in and when needed assistance. The room was also very clean, fragrant, and comfortable to rest in. However, a little input for the restaurant area during breakfast because it looked quite hectic. Some of the food was out of stock and the refill took quite a long time. In addition, the bowl for porridge was also out of stock and had not been immediately checked for refills. Hopefully in the future it can be given more attention so that the stay experience is even more perfect. Overall, the stay experience remains satisfying with excellent staff service. Hopefully in the future the quality of service in the restaurant area can be further improved so that the guest experience is even more perfect.
