The hotel staff was quite friendly, and the food was quite varied. The room door handle was broken.

The staff are not very friendly, the service is not excellent, the parking lot is small and noisy because my room happened to be in front of the elevator so it was sometimes noisy because it was not soundproof.

Rooms on the side of/near the main road are very exposed to vehicle noise, so it is difficult for visitors to rest (because of the noise of vehicles).

The location is strategic, but the room seems poorly maintained. The AC made a rattling noise, so much so that I had to turn it off. The toilet was also poorly maintained.

I chose two rooms for my family, but one room had a problem with the toilet flush, and we requested a room change. However, please pay attention to the carpet in the room, as it looked dusty. The breakfast variety wasn't extensive, but it was quite tasty.

I wanted to stay here because when I passed Merdeka Street, there used to be a sign, Serela. It does feel like an old hotel, with perhaps new management (by Amaze Hotel). The service is fine. Parking is a bit cramped. The internet isn't great, and it's slow. Even my cell phone signal doesn't reach my room. It's difficult for business trips that require using a laptop in the room. The TV channels are limited and the signal keeps dropping out. So I just hung out in my room. Luckily, I was tired and my work was done, so I didn't sleep long. The song "Amaze Hotel" in the hallway was disturbing, as the room wasn't soundproof. It kept ringing in my ears, and on repeat, I had to turn it off. Breakfast was okay.
