The service is good and the hotel is also good, but the food variety is lacking and the toilet is transparent so it is not comfortable.

It was closed to Benoa and Nusa Dua beach. Surrounded by good food though the neighborhood became westernized. I'd go back to this hotel next time visiting Bali.

Stayed here for 4-5 days, the sheets and bed cover were not changed, only tidied up, the water heater didn't work at all, the wifi on the 5th floor was slow.

the bed is really comfort. very good matras 👍👍👍 the lobby area also nice. only the parking area need to be cleaned and quite far from the lobby. need to create a short cut way to the lobby.

Everything feels neat, tidy, and fresh, which instantly made me feel comfortable from the moment I checked in. The staff are also super nice and helpful. They’re always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed, which made my stay feel really welcoming and easy. What I really love is the ambiance calm, warm, and just so relaxing. It’s the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer and enjoy every moment without rushing. And the location? Perfect! It’s close to pretty much everything: restaurants, mini markets, beach activities, clinics, and even bars. You literally have everything within reach, which makes the whole trip even more convenient and fun.
