Overall it was okay, but there were 2 things that I criticized when I came with my family, the staff was not quick to help us to the car to unload and carry our things, and secondly, we arrived at the hotel at 4 pm but the room was not ready, we still had to wait about 45 minutes.

Booked a Junior Suite room but upgraded to Suite because on that day it was very crowded. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for my family.
