The morning breakfast, compared to last year, has fewer choices. A bit disappointed.

The staff were friendly. The hotel lobby is spacious and the room is neat and clean, although a bit small. It's a pity I didn't see any mineral water.

I love to stay here because it's within the Mid Valley shopping mall. Easy accessible. But too bad, no gym facilities. Overall, the staffs are friendly and helpful.

It's the best place and a great hotel, although I noticed the bed sheet cleanliness can be improved. Also, the towels might need to get renewed.

The shower water is powerful and warm. The breakfast menu has been upgraded, is quite comprehensive, and tastes quite good.

Recently stayed at Cititel Mid Valley and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent location, with direct access to Mid Valley Megamall and also close to The Gardens Mall, as shopping and dining is very convenient. Making it a great choice for travelers.

if I go to KL again I will stay here, access to everywhere is easy and directly connected to the mall

This was not my first stay at Cititel Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur, and I keep coming back because of its convenient location. It's a great choice for business trips, with a proper work desk and good lighting in the room. I also appreciate the eco-friendly reusable water bottle and refill station. The only area for improvement is the availability of hot drinking water. Overall, it's a comfortable and reliable hotel that I would stay at again.

Booked a deluxe room and requested for an extra bed. The room is really spacious for 3 people, and I love how this hotel provides a water refill area too. The location is perfect, connected to Mid Valley Mall. Wi-Fi is great, the bathroom and bedroom are clean. With the price given, I couldn’t find a better place than this hotel.
