Upon arrival, the check-in process was quick and friendly. The receptionist immediately provided a refreshing welcome drink. The staff were very prompt in helping carry the suitcases to the room. Room Condition: The room was very clean, spacious, and fragrant. The king-size bed was very soft, the pillows were comfortable, and soundproof so that a night's sleep was very sound. The in-room facilities were complete: flat-screen TV, cold AC, mini refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee-tea set, and free mineral water. The bathroom was clean, the hot water worked smoothly, and toiletries were complete. Facilities & Location: The swimming pool is large and well-maintained, suitable for children and adults. The breakfast menu varies from local to western dishes with delicious taste. The location is very strategic, close to the city center and easily accessible by transportation.

It was a comfortable place for staying in Medan. Clean. And the staff was humble and cooperative nicely.

The location is close to tourist attractions and hangout spots. The hotel and rooms are clean. The pool is also clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet.

It was great to be in Medan. We were ill, but the very good facilities of the hotel made everything go smoothly. We even visited Medan after a day, just between the Old City, Merdeka Square, and shopping centers. Great to be there!

I've stayed at this hotel many times. It just keeps getting better and better. Never disappointed, always satisfied.

The only downside is that the food isn't very varied and is always the same. Hopefully, they can improve their menu in the future.

Sorry, I've been a long-time customer at Emerald. The beds weren't like this before; now they're as hard as sleeping on plywood. Last year when I stayed here, the beds weren't this hard. The staff said they were replaced six months ago. What a drastic drop in quality!! Time to find another hotel for your next trip, bye bye Emerald.

This hotel is very strategically located in the city center. The receptionist was very helpful in reserving our request for a Superior Connecting Room with pool and city views. It's perfect for bringing the family. Everything was fun and enjoyable. Thank you, Emerald Hotel.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. Breakfast offers a variety of local and international dishes, and everything is delicious.
