Sorry, I've been a long-time customer at Emerald. The beds weren't like this before; now they're as hard as sleeping on plywood. Last year when I stayed here, the beds weren't this hard. The staff said they were replaced six months ago. What a drastic drop in quality!! Time to find another hotel for your next trip, bye bye Emerald.

This hotel is very strategically located in the city center. The receptionist was very helpful in reserving our request for a Superior Connecting Room with pool and city views. It's perfect for bringing the family. Everything was fun and enjoyable. Thank you, Emerald Hotel.

Pros: Quiet, fairly luxurious, good food. Cons: TV channels are badly damaged, unable to watch anything in the two connecting rooms. Hot water is unstable. Far from culinary delights and Indo/Alfa mart.

My first staycation at this hotel was drawn to it by TikTok netizens' recommendations. The superior room was quite spacious. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I liked the depth of the pool and the fact that the water didn't smell of chlorine. For a 4-star hotel, I found the mattress to be a bit too soft and firm, making for a less restful sleep. Otherwise, it was safe.

It was actually quite pleasant, except the mattress was a bit too firm, like an orthopedic mattress, and not everyone has back problems. 😄 The staff was quite friendly, as is standard for a hotel. Breakfast was a bit bland in some areas, but it was okay. The location is excellent.
