Dear Swissbell Bogor team, I was warmly welcomed, but of all the Swissbells I have visited, the one in Bogor is quite old, with broken elevators, no cleaning staff in the bathrooms in the pool area, broken showers in the women's shower room, and the parking area is quite tricky. Hopefully, in the future, it can be further improved so that it can be of the same quality as Swissbells in Solo, Bandung, and other cities.

Everything's fine, just a suggestion. When we're about to have breakfast, even though there are plenty of empty chairs and tables, those of us who arrived first aren't allowed to sit there because they're already reserved, even though we haven't arrived yet. Next time, please give priority to those who have arrived first, so we don't waste the empty chairs and tables. Thank you.

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The view was also great. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection. However, parking is a bit tricky. Perhaps a small suggestion would be to provide parking attendants to assist with parking. Thank you.

The room was okay, but unfortunately there were small cockroaches in the toilet, and the yellow rice for breakfast was still hard. Hopefully this will be addressed in the future. Thank you.

The room was clean and fragrant, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, varied and new at the Swiss Bel hotel. I found that there were tags for non-allergenic foods for my child, so I no longer needed to ask the staff if the food contained allergens, the location was okay... Happy to be able to vacation and stay at the Swiss Belhotel Bogor... 😊

Great stay here. Love the pool, unfortunately, the bed is not as clean as I imagine. I already asked for a new duvet, but it's still not as white as it should be. But overall, it's a great hotel and great location.

The hotel is clean, the food is delicious, the staff are friendly, it's just a shame there's no water tap in the bathroom, only a shower so it's not very comfortable when you want to do ablution.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the hotel room tiles were sticky the first time I checked in.

We loved this hotel's strategic location. However, we had a few points of disappointment: 1. Pool amenities, such as towels, weren't immediately available when we requested them, and we had to wait over 30 minutes to get them in the pool area. 2. When we extended our stay, housekeeping should have provided amenities like water and replacement towels, but they weren't immediately available. After calling the front office for over three hours, we received no response to requests for delivery to our room. Before staying at this hotel, we had tried other similar hotels in Bandung, which we felt should have had the same management. The service in Bandung is exceptionally good. We would like to ask the management team to improve their quality. We understand that this may be due to the busy Eid al-Fitr period, but their professionalism should not decline. Thank you.

The room is not soundproof, the next door is so noisy that it can be heard disturbing people who want to rest.
