My second time here, we ran out of rooms with one large bed, so we requested a combined bed because we had a small child. Everything was made easy, and the bed was immediately made up. Breakfast for the kids was still affordable, delicious, and had plenty of options. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be a regular when I'm in Bogor.

The location is close to the IPB Gymnasium. I stayed there to accompany my child to a match. It's just a short walk to the gym. There's a cheap soto stall in front of the hotel. Overall, my stay was pleasant and memorable. The view was beautiful from suite 2024. Just a small comment about the pizza I ordered at the restaurant. In the future, perhaps they should use less raw flour (which is usually used to prevent the pizza from sticking in the oven). Other than that, everything was great. Thank you very much, Swiss Bellhotel.

Thank you, everything was clean down to the smallest detail (table, cupboard, sheets, floor, etc.), no dust at all. The staff were friendly. The swimming pool was clean. Parking was easy, and the hotel was close to everything. The staff were friendly. The only problem was that the refrigerator wasn't cold enough, and the water in the toilet and shower in room 1825 was a bit clogged. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Have you ever stayed at a 4-star hotel where there was a gecko in your coffee cup? Honestly, this is the first time I've found a gecko in a 4-star hotel room. It's so ticklish, especially with geckos 🥲 The parking lot is also so cramped, I'm so sorry I don't want to come back to this hotel.

The place is nice, cozy, the service is top-notch, everyone is friendly, everything is great. The only downside is that the blanket in the room still smells and isn't dry, so sleeping there isn't very comfortable because it smells a bit off, hehe. But everything else is fine.

Arrived at 3:00, the room wasn't available. Told to wait in the lobby or at the pool and would be contacted. At 4:10, no call. Finally, went down to the lobby to inquire about the status. Still waiting. Protested, only to be available. When we arrived at the hotel, the electricity was still off because maintenance information was low. Even though we had just checked in, it meant there was no check. The floor wasn't clean. The AC wasn't cold. This is the first time I've been disappointed by booking a hotel.

Dear Swissbell Bogor team, I was warmly welcomed, but of all the Swissbells I have visited, the one in Bogor is quite old, with broken elevators, no cleaning staff in the bathrooms in the pool area, broken showers in the women's shower room, and the parking area is quite tricky. Hopefully, in the future, it can be further improved so that it can be of the same quality as Swissbells in Solo, Bandung, and other cities.

Everything's fine, just a suggestion. When we're about to have breakfast, even though there are plenty of empty chairs and tables, those of us who arrived first aren't allowed to sit there because they're already reserved, even though we haven't arrived yet. Next time, please give priority to those who have arrived first, so we don't waste the empty chairs and tables. Thank you.

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The view was also great. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection. However, parking is a bit tricky. Perhaps a small suggestion would be to provide parking attendants to assist with parking. Thank you.
