I found that there were tags for non-allergenic foods for my child, so I no longer needed to ask the staff if the food contained allergens, the location was okay... My second time here, we ran out of rooms with one large bed, so we requested a combined bed because we had a small child. Everything was made easy, and the bed was immediately made up. Breakfast for the kids was still affordable, delicious, and had plenty of options. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be a regular when I'm in Bogor.

Dear Swissbell Bogor team, I was warmly welcomed, but of all the Swissbells I have visited, the one in Bogor is quite old, with broken elevators, no cleaning staff in the bathrooms in the pool area, broken showers in the women's shower room, and the parking area is quite tricky. Hopefully, in the future, it can be further improved so that it can be of the same quality as Swissbells in Solo, Bandung, and other cities.

Everything's fine, just a suggestion. When we're about to have breakfast, even though there are plenty of empty chairs and tables, those of us who arrived first aren't allowed to sit there because they're already reserved, even though we haven't arrived yet. Next time, please give priority to those who have arrived first, so we don't waste the empty chairs and tables. Thank you.

Great stay here. Love the pool, unfortunately, the bed is not as clean as I imagine. I already asked for a new duvet, but it's still not as white as it should be. But overall, it's a great hotel and great location.

We loved this hotel's strategic location. However, we had a few points of disappointment: 1. Pool amenities, such as towels, weren't immediately available when we requested them, and we had to wait over 30 minutes to get them in the pool area. 2. When we extended our stay, housekeeping should have provided amenities like water and replacement towels, but they weren't immediately available. After calling the front office for over three hours, we received no response to requests for delivery to our room. Before staying at this hotel, we had tried other similar hotels in Bandung, which we felt should have had the same management. The service in Bandung is exceptionally good. We would like to ask the management team to improve their quality. We understand that this may be due to the busy Eid al-Fitr period, but their professionalism should not decline. Thank you.

We love the strategic location of this hotel. However, there are several points of disappointment that we would like to express, including: 1. Pool facilities such as towels that were not ready instantly when we asked for them, and we had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get towels in the pool area. 2. When we extended our room, housekeeping should have provided amenities such as aqua water and replacement towels, but these were not immediately provided, and even after calling the front office for more than 3 hours there was no response to deliver them to our room. Before staying at this hotel, we tried a similar hotel but in Bandung, which in our opinion should have the same management. Because in Bandung, the service is extraordinarily good. Please improve the quality of the management team, we understand that it may be due to the busy Eid atmosphere, but their professionalism should not decrease. Thank you.
