Room was dirty, hair in beds. Shower head was so rusted we couldn’t bathe. Also the air did not work upstairs. Will never stay again

Mi experiencia fue terrible en ese hotel No agua para sabanas muy pero muy Sucias y viejas no aire acondicionado en la abitacion la causa estaba dañado solamente una to alla y para colmo sucias viejas de color supuestente blab o pero enrealidad estavan negras de cusio nunca me bolveria a ospedar en este hotel pesimo servicio del personal ….😡

No soap nor shampoo in the room, asked for it but was delivered the next day. The shower drain was clogged and the water overflowed the room, had to throw a towel to control it. Room not properly cleaned, weird noise coming from bathroom made it hard to sleep. In another room my friends were staying there were roaches. On the contrary staff was friendly in reception and tried to help with activities and transportation.

The whole establishment feels neglected. Loud, dirty pool, very poor breakfast. The only good thing was that it was cheap

This hotel is NOT for out of country visitors! I was booked to stay for 2 weeks. Kitchenette not stocked with essentisls. No pot, pan, bowl, coffee pot, kettle, dish cloth or towel. Fridge freezer so iced over a bottle of water would not fit! NO safe. No bottled water for drinking. No face cloth. No wifi/ internet for 4 days. Maids only clean every 3 days; which even then you had to ask. So called free breakfast was limited to 5 menu items. Could not even substitute the dried tortia for toast without there being a charge. At one point of my stay, they ran out of stock, so things on menu were not available No seat on the public toilet by the pool. Pool chairs were not wiped down and had bird dropings and food stuck to them. NO amenities in the area. You definitely need a car to stay at this location as it is in a very run down " industrial" area. 20 min walk to a gas station store with garbage , weeds, and torn down building remnants in the walking pathway. No English menu, nor an english check in /out contract they make you sign. No idea what it says and reception did not know how to translate it. Pool garbages were always full. Would have been good to know there is construction going on next door before booking as the jack hammering started at 8 am NO HOT WATER in the kitchen( ran for 1/2 hr....still nothing) Shower had to be ran for 15 -20 min to get it hot. Paid hotel direct. They refused to cancel and refund. So was forced to stay the entire 2 wks!

Great staff and a special hotel

The food at the restaurant was much better than expected.

They have zero customer service. TV didn't work, they didn't fix. Asked for new towels, never got one for 4 days. Light was flickering, didn't even bother to ask to fix it as they didn't seem to care. They never cleaned our room for 4 days. just terrible. don't book.

Staff all quit week before. No drinking water none. Breakfast very small selection. Staff were not able to provide what hotel had marketed. Far from anywhere. Very sketchy area. Pool was murky. Grounds very unkept. Expedia couldn’t even get a hold of manager. Definitely a one star hotel in every respect.

No hand towels or toilet paper, and they didn't even bring them after I asked.

Amenities were scarce and the breakfast was too.

Esta es la tercera vez que nos quedamos aquí, es un excelente concepto de hotel pero lo descuidaron. La alberca siempre está sucia y da asco meterse, el desayuno muy tarde, demasiado limitado y comida echada a perder, hasta el agua fresca se les hace mala, (ejemplo, omelete sin relleno y 1 solo huevo); no tienen toallas y hasta el papel sanitario te lo racionan. La persona que hizo la limpieza se llevó cosas que no le pertenecían, en fín, es una lástima lo que ha mermado este hotel. Necesita una buena administración que se preocupe por mantener bien las instalaciones y el servicio. Como va de mal, no lo recomiendo para nada, menos si vas con niños que van a querer alberca.

Suite was a really neat design. No soap and oil on the bedsheets. Towels were old. Bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff and well priced. There is a 150peso per person per night extra fee above 2 people and a 74pesco per night additional tax.

Pros: The rooms were spacious, and each had its own bathroom. The in-suite pool was very convenient and enjoyable for the kids. Cons: The kitchen was not well stocked, there were not enough utensils, blankets, or towels, so consider bringing your own. Our room had been cleaned, but there was a very strong dirty mop smell that was extremely unpleasant. Breakfast was included, which was a plus, however, the selection was very limited and food ran out quickly. At checkout, we were charged an additional fee due to an alleged staff error during check-in. It was unclear whether this charge was legitimate, which felt concerning. The staff was not rude, but they were not particularly friendly either. Overall, it was an acceptable stay for the price, and the location was convenient due to its proximity to nearby parks.

I wouldn't stay again. Yes it is an cheap, expensive place. Ans as they say you get what you paid for. They did not want to wash the sheets, yes I was charged extra. The manager said I had to pay for the sheets I agreed if I kept the sheets. After I paid he took them and still charged me. #visa

Shower ok, bed comfortable but the whole room itself very poor, no mirrors, towels and bed sheets very old, breakfast to cry, but good location, staff ok, great pool, the place is pretty, just those little details if fixed will be a great place to stay!
