Awesome... Classy in its star, as soon as you enter the room the first impression is immediately fragrant, the sheets & pillowcases are clean and fragrant, the bathroom is clean and not slippery, the towels are clean and fragrant. And the hotel appreciates providing a prayer mat for prayer, a small thing that looks simple but meaningful❤️, thankkkks a lot for Grand Metro Hotel Puncak. Even though it doesn't use AC, no problem, at night the room is very cool. The downside: there is the noise of cars passing by because the hotel is on the side of the road and is not soundproof, the wifi is connected but can't get a signal. Hopefully it can be fixed. According to the jargon, "noisy but fun". Maybe someday the jargon can be "even more fun if it's not noisy"...🤗 for other things so far so good. The swimming pool is also clean, the food is delicious and varied. Maintain it for the good things. And improve the quality for things that are still lacking. Continued success Grand Metro Hotel Puncak.

The first hotel that surprised me because it doesn't use AC 😂. The room was given toiletries and was pretty clean, the TV was still an old-fashioned TV, not Android. Anyway, because it doesn't use AC, there were a lot of small bugs on the pillow, please vacuum it. The Wi-Fi was slow. The location was on a very extreme street, aka dangerous, it was difficult to cross because of the loud passing vehicles. You wouldn't sleep well because the sound of automatic vehicles penetrated, which meant you had to open the windows to get air. In terms of service, the staff was good, helpful, and informative, but the security guard was a bit lacking because it was raining heavily when we arrived, but he didn't seem to want to lend me an umbrella.

Access is close to the road but not so noisy, still safe, the food is also okay, the room is very cool even though it doesn't have AC, the room is also neat and clean, the toilet is also clean, but the water heater takes a while to warm up.
