When I checked in, I was very surprised because the room floor was very dirty and I took a photo above of the stained bedsheets. I asked to move rooms but was not allowed on the grounds that the CS would clean it. After waiting for 45 minutes, the CS came and apologized for the long time and said it was the former AC unit that had not been cleaned. Help the management to be more aware of the customers. I input this so that this will be better in the future and not carelessly done. Thank you
