Had to negotiate just to get a parking space, they volunteered to valet our car to a parking space far from the hotel which is such a hassle checking in as we took our dog with us, then we were assigned the wrong room, booked a deluxe queen room with window and was assigned a super tiny room on the 10th floor. Had to raise my concern to the frontdesk and was told there was an error from Traveloka’s side which is why I couldn’t be given the room I paid for. Instead of a partial refund, I was offered free couple of hours before we checkout. We were also given the option to stay at another room, a standard room and was given free plated breakfast (luncheon meat + 3 slices of sausage + 2 eggs and fried rice) I guess due to the series of inconveniences we had to take since we checked in. The experience was such a hassle but I just couldn’t let it ruin our new year’s eve. We just opted to celebrate outside the hotel and came back to sleep for the night.
