Thank you Double Three for a truly memorable stay. Coincidentally, on July 5th, during breakfast for my son's 4th birthday, the staff helped arrange a small surprise. My son was happy, and so were his parents. The evening was also enjoyable, enjoying the culinary delights on Jl. Tunjungan. God willing, I will definitely stay here again next time.

I tried staying on the 20th floor in a suite room. The room was nice and clean. The only thing that made it uncomfortable was that, for the relatively high price, the air conditioning in my room was problematic. It wasn't cold, and it didn't feel cool until dusk until I entered the room. I called the staff twice without any resolution. I still felt stuffy and hot in the room, even though it was a suite. Thanks.

The hotel staff was very friendly and informative.

The reception from the moment we arrived, guided to the parking lot, and through to check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and very accommodating, with a work desk and a sofa bed for sleeping. The nightlight, located below, even reaching the bathroom, was very helpful when we woke up in the middle of the night to use the toilet. Breakfast was varied, with international, oriental, and traditional options. The rawon (rice cake) was a must-try because it was delicious. There's a story: after breakfast the first morning, we both just found out that rawon was on the menu. Then a waiter (Mr. Yusuf) who greeted us informed us that the menu changes daily, but he then offered if we wanted breakfast on the second day (after learning that we were staying 3 nights) to be prepared by the chef, as he would inform us. We agreed and he asked for our room number. The next day, at breakfast, Ms. Greina (if I'm not mistaken) greeted us and, after learning our room number, immediately informed us that rawon was available, but it would take about 20 minutes to prepare. Apparently, the rawon tasted beyond our expectations, very delicious. Kudos to the chef for making it authentic and the best. A pleasant experience. Likewise, regarding the location, it turns out there are many authentic places in the area: Ketandan Village, the Surabaya Artifact Museum (Siola building), as well as the Submarine Museum, and the Majapahit Hotel. All of which are within walking distance. Oh, and because we brought a vehicle this time, parking was plentiful, so we didn't have to worry about finding a spot. And it was safe, of course. This time, our vacation found the perfect oasis in the middle of the city. Hopefully, we'll have the opportunity to hang out there again someday. The hotel is comfortable and has a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Here, you'll find luxurious accommodations, surrounded by a wide variety of hangouts and dining options. It's close to Tunjungan Plaza and other entertainment venues.

The varied breakfast menu, the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff were all extraordinary.

The room amenities are great... They also provide an iron and a desk. The shampoo, soap, conditioner, and hand lotion smell great too...

It was really, really good. Everything is great except for the hassle of getting around since it's right in the city center.
