Could be cleaner a bit but it was fine

It’s was cheap but it was an Old building, staining on floors, dinged and needing updating and repair

Across the street from the train station, deteriorating surfaces throughout the hallways, the elevators and the rooms! That being said, with the exceptional friendliness of the staff at check-in, the phenomenal breakfast and dinner, for free, as well as the service displayed by taking my baggage up to the room and leaving a smiley note was exceptional!! I believe for being a Solo Traveler and just stand for one night, I can put up with a lot of minutiae, for the low price for the accommodation and the tremendous amount of food morning and evening with an exceptionally courteous and smiling reception staff and food caterers I would highly suggest people stay here and ignore the oldness and and some of the areas in the bathroom some mold because equality of the dinner and breakfast is beyond belief and it is free for a small room price! Thanks staff!

Staff here make a good hotel better. Front desk and housekeeping are very helpful and friendly. This hotel was a good value and an excellent location

大浴場が使えないのが残念でした。 駐車も一度預けると出しにくい感じだったのも、残念です。

近くにお店がたくさんあって良かった。

フロント、食事室の照明器具等　点いてない？ UBのカーテンの取り付けが(身体にピッタリつく)悪い？洗えない。 受付女性スタッフは良い、朝方の男性スタッフは悪い。 内装は悪い。

一泊2食付きでこの料金は安く、料理も美味しい しかし客室、設備は古いので割切りが必要。 駅の南口1分の立地なのは高評価

松江駅が歩いてすぐのところにあり、ちょっとした時間でもお土産探しが出来ました。 ネットの部屋の写真ではソファーとダブルベッドがありましたが、実際はソファーは除かれ部屋がガランとしてました。お風呂も大浴場が使用できなくて残念でした。翌朝の朝食前後はエレベーターが混雑してなかなか乗ることができませんでした。非常階段を使う方が早いです。 今回は遠征の宿として利用しましたが、次回は大浴場も復旧して、部屋もソファーがある中で泊まりたいです。

施設は古いけど清潔感があり良かった。

朝食は今どきのビジネスホテルのように渋滞することもなく、ゆったりと過ごす事が出来ました。清潔さは決して満足できるレベルでは無いですが、立地も良いですしコスパを優先する方は十分満足できるホテルだと思います。一人旅向き。

今回はGW前だったので、朝食それと夕食が無料でした。 値段にびっくりしていたのに、食事付で最高でした。夕食は食べませんでしたがスタッフが教えてくれた近くの居酒屋「雅」ここは美味しかったです。 また、行きたいです。

価格相応。飾らない旅の宿泊利用なら、コスパ◎です。
