Gặp 1 chút sự cố nhưng các bạn nhân viên đã tận tình giải quyết cho mình, ks rất quan tâm khách hàng, mình rất hài lòng về cách phục vụ của các bạn nhân viên phòng đẹp thì khỏi nói rồi, có dịp sẽ ghé tiếp

The room is clean, the security guards are extremely cute.

The hotel is located near Hanoi Cathedral, Hoan Kiem Lake, very convenient to move and play. Hotel staff are very enthusiastic to help you. The interior of the room using German furniture is very nice and cozy for the couple, just the sound insulation is a bit poor, hope it can be fixed next time.

The hotel was great. The staffs are very friendly. I brought my 8 month old baby and the friends were very warm welcome. My baby slept very well 1 night here. Baby loves being carried around the hotel by the aunts and uncles here. If I have a chance I will visit here again!

The hotel is new, beautiful and immaculately clean. The location in the center is convenient to walk to see the sword lake every morning or evening. Very close to the memorable dishes in the old town such as pho, bun cha, especially Trai porridge… I will definitely come back here in the near future.

Nhân viên rất thân thiện. Khách sạn rất đẹp và sạch sẽ nhưng phòng có cách âm quá kém. Mình ở P806 và mình được xem phim cùng với phòng bên cạnh từ lúc check in 10:00 đến ít nhất là 12:00 (khi mình viết những dòng này). Ngoài ra khách sạn không có bãi đỗ xe, khách phải trả phí gửi xe ngoài.
