I often go on short-term business trips in Hanoi, I have been here 2 times. The staff here are very cheerful and enthusiastic, talking very politely, I am quite impressed with the service, as soon as I enter, they pour hot tea and lotus seed jam to invite me to use, better service than some hotels 5 stars I used to go. The hotel seems to be newly built, so it is very clean, cheap, the room is relatively large, the toilet facilities are very satisfied, the brush... is very good. Breakfast is okay, nothing special. The location is close to the big church, walking about 2-300m to the lake is very convenient for sightseeing or walking around the lake. Those who need to rent a motorbike should call outside, because the service associated with the hotel is a bit unreasonable.

Absolutely first class hotel! Staff wonderful and can’t do enough. Quin is the go to for all tours you may want to arrange and is super helpful. Rooms are fantastic and the atmosphere at the rooftop bar is amazing as are the bar team up there. We stayed twice during our visits to Hanoi and the balcony room on our second stay was a class above. Breakfast buffet has plenty of choice and food is delicious.

We were very impressed with the hotel and its staff. All the fantastic reviews the other guests left are very accurate. It felt like a 5 star hotel and 10 star staff members all around. We were so spoiled we now have a hard time liking any other hotel. When I wanted to book the hotel it was sold out but based on reviews I really wanted this one. I watched availability every day on travel apps and low and behold one day I did it and all I can say it was worth it. It gets loud during the day but much better at night and plugs are available at the reception if you forget to bring your own. Old quarter is organized chaos with all the motor bikes but it is also fun to watch them. I have done tons of research and this is by far best hotel in old quarter. We would return and recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the area.

We stayed here for 7 nights and I would highly recommend this hotel. The room is pretty clean and is walking distance to a lot of iconic places and points of interest. This place is truly a 5 star Boutique Hotel. Every single staff is very polite, courteous, helpful and accommodating. Their response to your needs is impressive and attention to details is impeccable from the door man, front desk to housekeeping. A big shout out to Quin (Guests Relations Officer) who made sure we are comfortable every single day of our stay here.

Room was clean and large for the location being so central, and even though we were only on the 3rd floor, the room was quiet at night for a restful sleep, which honestly was a surprise to me since the location is so central. I am from Hanoi, living in the US, and had never stayed at a hotel during my visits, but this time I was travelling with my partner from the US so we decided to get a room for a few days to travel central Hanoi as tourists. The staff here are amazing, extremely attentive, and were just great. TRUST the reviews! I honest was skeptical at first by seeing so many reviews abotu them being so great... but it's all true.. they are beyond! I have never had service and attentiveness anywhere else from any of my travels what remotely matches my experience here. 100% would recommend and would stay here again next time we visit Hanoi.

The staff were wonderful, especially Minh. He went to great lengths to help me when I was ill with the flu. Another staff member was very helpful in locating a store for me that sold wireless cell phone chargers. Whatever our request was the front desk staff were friendly and helpful!

Anatole Hotel Hanoi is absolutely superb. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. They arranged airport transfers for us and given how chaotic Hanoi airport is we were so grateful to have this meet and greet service. Our room was exceptionally good, we are near the end of a five week tour across Asia and this room, suite and bathroom was the best. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped, spacious and just delightful. Breakfast was excellent and so was dinner. We enjoyed the roof top bar and Happy Hour. I can’t praise the staff enough in how welcoming they are from checkin, restaurant and lobby staff, they were all exceptional. I can highly recommend Anatole Hotel Hanoi.

We had a balcony suite which was beautiful. Everything was spotless and the staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast was very nice, including the option to have it in-room. We would most definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
