It was under the biggest storm that hit Hanoi in the last 30 years that we checked in the Anatole Hotel. The city was closed down. There wasn’t much to do. Luckily the attentive service provided by the front desk staff made our stay quite enjoyable. They even texted us to make sure we didn’t encounter any problems going out in the storm.

Good location, nice staff, nice breakfast, nice room. It was my birthday on the second night of my stay. The staff surprised me with a sliced of cake in my room. How nice were they!

정말 만족한 숙소입니다. 위치도 올드쿼터에 위치해있어서 근처 맛집 거기에 편리했습니다. 수영장과 자큐지 시설도 좋았으며 룸 컨디션도 정말 만족했습니다. 게다가 직원분들이 정말 친절하셔서 더욱 기억에 남는 여행이 될 것 같습니다.

The hotel is amazing. The service was incredible even before you stepped through the door. Luggage taken care of, speedy check in, welcome drink and snacks. Phem was great in communicating before we got to Hanoi and was awesome in getting some tours and reservations for us. The hotel staff from the doormen, front desk, breakfast, and the entire staff made the trip special. This is the first of two stays. We will be back after our overnight cruise to Ha Long bay.

Staff went above and beyond every time we had any request. Hotel was very clean and felt very new. I highly recommend staying here!

I looked forward to my 7-night stay at Anatole Hotel Hanoi in July 2026, and it exceeded expectations. Although my trip was disrupted by food poisoning—I required two hospital visits and spent most of my stay recovering—the hotel staff made an extraordinary difference. From Manager Minh to Concierge Clara and the entire team, the care, attention, and genuine concern were unlike anything I have experienced in my travels. I stayed in a Terrace Room on the 7th floor. Despite the central Old Quarter location, it was very quiet. The mattress and bedding were excellent—far better sleep than I had during a prior 44-night stay in New York. The room was spacious with a separate living area, terrace access, and a well-designed workspace. The bathroom featured marble finishes, a soaking tub, strong water pressure, and a smart glass privacy panel. While I couldn’t fully enjoy the rooftop bar, pool, or breakfast at Joseph’s Restaurant due to my condition, the facilities looked outstanding. I will absolutely return. Thank you to the entire Anatole team for making a difficult trip feel comfortable and cared for.

El hotel super bien. No me encantó la ubicación. Es para gente muy joven que le guste el bullicio de la calle

Un hôtel tout neuf, avec une équipe aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner vaut vraiment le coup par rapport à d’autres hôtels. Il faut absolument prendre une chambre côté rue, sinon vous risquez d’avoir une fenêtre dans une cour trop sombre.

We love the location. The staff is very nice and is always available to take care of the guests . Everyone is extremely friendly. We love to have the piano in the lounge for guest to play.

I can't overstate how wonderful and attentive the staff were. Both to me and my 5 year old son who I was traveling with. Would highly recommend Anatole for your Hanoi stay.

Amazing breakfast

Great place to stay in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, centrally located and yet quiet and luxurious to enjoy a wonderful stay. Hotel is very clean and all amenities are perfectly maintained. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this as your place to stay in Hanoi

Utrolig flott hotell med veldig hjelpsomme ansatte. Rommene var fresh og plettfrie. Bassengområdet på taket var helt perfekt midt i byen! Frokosten var nydelig. Min datter hadde bursdag og hun fikk en flott bursdagskake som ventet henne på rommet, og håndkle-laget bursdagskake med roser på sengen. En ansatt vi tilfeldigvis møtte i heisen gratulerte henne med dagen.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, breakfast was amazing, staff was attentive ,very kind, and friendly. I’m taking my family back to Vietnam and won’t stay anywhere else but Anatole
