I often go on short-term business trips in Hanoi, I have been here 2 times. The staff here are very cheerful and enthusiastic, talking very politely, I am quite impressed with the service, as soon as I enter, they pour hot tea and lotus seed jam to invite me to use, better service than some hotels 5 stars I used to go. The hotel seems to be newly built, so it is very clean, cheap, the room is relatively large, the toilet facilities are very satisfied, the brush... is very good. Breakfast is okay, nothing special. The location is close to the big church, walking about 2-300m to the lake is very convenient for sightseeing or walking around the lake. Those who need to rent a motorbike should call outside, because the service associated with the hotel is a bit unreasonable.

We only stayed here for one night but wish we had stayed longer!! The staff here are so incredibly welcoming and helpful, I’ve never felt like such a VIP. We received a little honeymoon welcome gift to our room which was very special. Our room was clean and the AC was on and strong before we even stepped into the room. The breakfast is fantastic, great options and diversity in foods. Great location, near most things in the old quarter but away from the crazy Beer street noise. The rooftop infinity pool was spectacular! Our bed was definitely firm but still quite comfortable and cozy. We loved our short and sweet stay here!

The stay at the Anatole Hotel in Hanoi was excellent from the moment we arrived. The hotel staff was overly formal, from the people who greeted us at the door, those who checked us in (Torres), Kenny, Hieu, and Escanor at the pool/the restaurant, the chef, the cleaning staff, in short, everyone. They truly made us feel at home, assisting us at all times with their recommendations for restaurants, tours, and shows. On the other hand, the room was a good size, very clean! The breakfasts were exquisite. The hotel was super well located!! I wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay here again.

This was the third time I stayed at the Anatole and I can say it was consistently excellent - no just a one time occurrence. The predictive nature of the staff - looking ahead of what you may need rather than asking was really appreciated. Courtesy, respect, professionalism and friendliness made every part of the stay really pleasant, including Quin at the front desk and Kenny at the pool bar. The upgraded room stood out with spaciousness, comfort and tastefully curated art. Well done!

Once again, the exemplary staff assisted quietly, efficiently and in a professional manner. They helped in every detail including raising a flag when a taxi took too long. The roof top pool commands a great view while the adjacent bar makes sure you are not thirsty! Finally the room including the bed was excellent - good night’s sleep.

Absolutely incredible staff. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! I came here solo for one night (female) before my partner met me in Hanoi and I felt extremely safe and cared for. Thank you so much. Will definitely come back if we are in Hanoi again.

Overall very happy with hotel and their staff, particularly with Thanh (Ted), he went all out his way to help us in everyway. Only issue with a one of the staff whom organised a Halong Bay day tour. We were transferred by motorbikes to meet the others in the old quarter. Very bad experience. Specially for my father whom is nearly 90 years old,

We enjoyed two nights at the Anatole and found it to be an excellent 3-4* option with compact but clean rooms. The rooftop pool was lovely but too cold to go in. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful.
