En lo único que no estuve a gusto la limpieza de los cuarto es terrible y la cama mucho peor todo el tiempo que estuve el toile para bajar tenía que hacerlo como 5 veces la cama me dio piquina tanto que me fui dia antes porque no aguantaba la picazón y cuando tú reservas te dicen todo es incluido y cuando llegas no es como te lo ponen en tu página y pienso que ellos te deben explicar que para tener acceso a todo tienes que ser miembro

I hated the loud partying outside after 9pm when I was trying to sleep. I like to see the sunrise each morning and have coffee and breakfast at that time but this place is not for morning people. No breakfast until 7am which is way too late!

We have stayed in this resort several times and they get better and better every time. The beach is the best. Food is great. I highly recommend.

This place is so old and needs renovations as soon as possible. I honestly don’t know how is still in business! The rooms smelled bad, no accommodations for seniors, the food was the same everyday. The staff were nice and that’s why I’m giving this place one star. I will never go back or recommend this place to nobody. I went with my mother and some friends and we all were very disappointed.

I like the food it was very good and the stiff was very nice and the room was very big and clean and good music

The property was nice but the rooms have not been updated in a while. The hotel seems to cater towards a more european tourist base as the rooms have european outlets rather than the standard voltage of 110-120V. The beach was very rocky and the shore had a lot of seaweed. The evening ambience was very nice with music and performance to keep you occupied through the night.

I enjoyed my stayed especially the beach so relaxing. Entertainment is on point great job to the staff. also have acess to other resort for coffee, icecream, pizza, pool and beach etc.. The downfall is the rooms is outdated and no wifi. I would definitely come back.

The room walls need painting the shower needs refurbishing I thought a beach side room would be better quality! The wheelchair used there was 70 years old! The check out staff member was rude! But the rest of the staff was excellent I was there 3 years ago and there is no improvement to the facilities

The check-in staff needs to provide more information about the property because the room doesn't have a charging outlet. The phone only has the European system

I was overall happy with the facility which was family friendly however the WiFi has to improve.

The room turned out to be small. I booked a room for an adult, two teenagers, and a child, and they gave me a room with only one bed. It was really a bit uncomfortable to have all four of us sleep in one bed.

How disappointing, we got 2 rooms and the bathrooms were both broken. The owners of this place need to invest, fix and update this place. The staff can only do so much. They tried to be helpful, but for the cost you would think they would at least try to keep up with the bathrooms.
