A standard hotel for a budget price. Good location, adequate breakfast, small but somewhat dirty room.

Basically everything but the room itself is great. You could go downtown in about 10 minutes. The meal is pricey, but well worth it. There is no in-room dining. The room is designed like many common low-cost hotels, very cramped. The TV doesn't work most of the time; it needs AirPlay or a proprietary app. The room is really dark; the bedside lamp doesn't work. The bed, however, is quite comfortable. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, with stains everywhere.

I've been here twice. The first time, in June or July, the room was so clean and perfect. However, on my second visit, it was very unclean. The walls, the bed, and the room even smelled bad. When I asked for the complimentary, they asked me to pay more because there was no same room type available, only an upgrade room was available. I asked to change anything in my room, but the vibe was still bad because I was expecting more before.

The toilet is too small. The shower is too small. The wash basin is so tiny. Not recommended.

A hotel with a fairly strategic location, with ample parking in the back. The deluxe rooms are relatively small but clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom is spacious, but the floor is very slippery; caution is advised if bringing small children or the elderly. The food in the restaurant is quite tasty but lacks variety.

The room was small for three people. The water tap was very small, even though it had been repaired. The atmosphere was peaceful because we got the room at the end. The security was very friendly and family-like.

The staff is friendly. The app should update the room photos and room titles in the booking information to avoid misunderstandings with the hotel. As I experienced, I booked a new twin room, but the voucher only listed a standard twin room. This room is definitely cheaper than the new one.

I stayed in the Bunk Bed Room at Deka Hotel Surabaya and overall had a pleasant experience. The room is compact, but the bunk bed makes it a practical choice for 2 adults and 1 child or a small group. The only downside is that the room and bathroom are quite small, so don’t expect a lot of extra space. But considering the price, I think the room offers good value for money. Overall, a good option for a short stay in Surabaya, especially if you’re looking for a practical room for a small family or group. The city view was also a nice bonus. The location is strategic.

Comfortable and suitable hotel for both family and business trips.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the service was great, and the overall atmosphere made me feel relaxed. It was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely love to stay here again.

The security staff were very friendly, family-like, and very kind... It's just that the check-in process took quite a while to prepare the room. The room was very clean, but it wasn't big enough for three adults. The bathroom was a bit small. The service from the moment we entered the lobby was very satisfactory, and the room was very clean. It's very close to Pakuwon Mall.

The hotel location is very strategic, close to the toll gate.
