At check-in, the receptionist wasn't paying attention. I had already lined up and waited, but someone who arrived after me was served first. Overall, the room was comfortable for a family with two children. Unfortunately, the TV couldn't be watched, as there was no signal. The location is close to Singkawang Grand Mall, just a short walk away.

The room wasn't soundproof. Even so, it was still noisy, laughing and talking in the middle of the night. Bringing a baby along made it fussy because it disturbed their sleep. The bathroom was dirty.

Best service, next time I go to SKW I will stay here again.

For a hotel with a relatively strategic location, it's a shame it's poorly maintained. The toilet is also a bit clogged, and the room floor isn't very clean. The area outside the hotel is littered with trash bags. Otherwise, it's fine.

I chose a hotel just because it was too late. I really just wanted to sleep and take a shower, the room smelled of smoke, and the curtains weren't clean 🤦

It was damp, smelled of cigarettes, and the hotel was incredibly outdated. Plus, the price was marked up for a holiday, and the amenities were mediocre, lacking even a hairdryer. It wasn't worth it for us, paying over 500,000 Rupiah per night. The location is perfect, right behind the mall.

When we first checked in here, the room was smelly and very dirty. When we complained, the staff didn't clean it, as if we didn't pay. The front yard of the hotel was smelly and dirty, full of rubbish.
