The hotel's location is good, and it's comfortable, but it's a shame the hotel is poorly maintained. The room was dirty, smelly, and many of the furnishings were broken. For the 500,000 Rupiah price, it's not worth it. The hotel should evaluate and fix the issues.

It was damp, smelled of cigarettes, and the hotel was incredibly outdated. Plus, the price was marked up for a holiday, and the amenities were mediocre, lacking even a hairdryer. It wasn't worth it for us, paying over 500,000 Rupiah per night. The location is perfect, right behind the mall.

When we first checked in here, the room was smelly and very dirty. When we complained, the staff didn't clean it, as if we didn't pay. The front yard of the hotel was smelly and dirty, full of rubbish.

Impressions during my stay from October 19-21, 2025 Positive aspects: 1. Friendly staff. 2. Close to Singkawang Grand Mall, just a 5-10 minute walk. 3. Parking in front of the hotel is free for hotel residents. Negative aspects: 1. The toilet felt damp, possibly because there were no windows in the room I stayed in. 2. When I first entered, it felt like the room hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Dust on top of the wardrobe was clearly visible. 3. The floors in the room and in the corridors looked like they hadn't been swept or mopped often and looked sticky. 4. Much of the furniture in the room was damaged. It's recommended to take photos upon check-in so you have proof if there are any problems.

The Wi-Fi password wasn't provided. Previously, you could deduct the deposit for water, but now you can't. The room used to be very clean, but now, oh my, every corner is still dirty.

My first experience staying at this hotel with a family room type. The room was clean, the bed and spray were clean, the toilet was clean, hot water was available, and the water heater was also ready. However, the soundproofing of the room was very lacking. I happened to be staying there when there was a wedding in the next building, so I got a room close to the fo. So the sound from outside was very clearly heard inside. And it was a bit disturbing because many other guests were knocking on my room door.

A very bad first time staying here. 1. The room was unlocked when we just got back from sightseeing. Even though I had the key card, it's unclear who opened it. My belongings weren't missing, but comfort was definitely gone. 2. The room was uncomfortable, with lots of mosquitoes. 3. When I tried to check in, the receptionist wasn't there. Hopefully, the quality will improve in the future. First and last stay at Paragon.
