The hotel staff was very prompt and friendly. Ample parking, comfortable rooms, and complete amenities. Access to everywhere was easy and convenient. The rooms were very comfortable. The price was affordable. Highly recommended. Next time I'm in Singkawang, I'll definitely stay here again.

The room was quite large and nice, but the cleanliness was lacking. When we arrived, the room hadn't been swept, so there was still gecko droppings.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the cashier was a bit difficult when there were a lot of people, perhaps because there were only a few staff, but it was safe, and the wait wasn't long. The room was very clean and nothing was broken. Overall, it was very good for the budget. I will come back here again in the future if the service and cleanliness are maintained ❤️🙏🏻

At check-in, the receptionist wasn't paying attention. I had already lined up and waited, but someone who arrived after me was served first. Overall, the room was comfortable for a family with two children. Unfortunately, the TV couldn't be watched, as there was no signal. The location is close to Singkawang Grand Mall, just a short walk away.

The room wasn't soundproof. Even so, it was still noisy, laughing and talking in the middle of the night. Bringing a baby along made it fussy because it disturbed their sleep. The bathroom was dirty.

The staff was friendly, and the room and bathroom were clean. The soundproofing wasn't good, and people walking upstairs could be heard. Next time, please add a doormat in front of the bathroom. Overall, it was nice and comfortable.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the location is close to the mall. The room ambiance is good, with a lot of loose furniture. For a hotel with a relatively strategic location, it's a shame it's poorly maintained. The toilet is also a bit clogged, and the room floor isn't very clean. The area outside the hotel is littered with trash bags. Otherwise, it's fine.

Poorly maintained, with much of the furniture falling apart. The floors are unclean, and the restrooms are poorly maintained. The hotel is littered with trash outside. It's a shame, considering it's strategically located near malls, with ample parking, and friendly staff.
