until you get there you have to help yourself. there is no privacy, it's like sitting in a rented room for women or men only. the room smells no good

I come check in and no body entertain, leave message to call number display at door. I call and the fellow said room full and ask my acc number and refund. That 's all. Very bastard hotel. I reach there at 9.30pm. I have to find other hotel immediately ….

Arrived to hotel no reception. The entry quiet dirty. Calling first time pick up but have to wait over 10 minutes try to call again but can not contact.

Very clean nice and comfy, near eateries and shops and staff were helpful.

The most worse hotel in Jb. Rumah penginapan more better. Call many times not pick up the phone.

I was not able to consume my booking? Because no body answers the phone written on my booking. Really so annoying, I called so many times by long distance even when I'm in Singapore but still nobody answer and not in service. Why?
