I come check in and no body entertain, leave message to call number display at door. I call and the fellow said room full and ask my acc number and refund. That 's all. Very bastard hotel. I reach there at 9.30pm. I have to find other hotel immediately ….

I was not able to consume my booking? Because no body answers the phone written on my booking. Really so annoying, I called so many times by long distance even when I'm in Singapore but still nobody answer and not in service. Why?
