Excelente localización!!

Excellent location, staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall a pleasant experience. The room a bit too small but it has a huge terrace overlooking the city.

The bed was awful. I wasn’t able to sleep well. It was like a college/twin bed 6 inches thick and hard like concrete. I requested a comforter the second night and it was still uncomfortable.

Air conditioner poor. Bathroom without safety bars. Same for stairs in and out lobby. No hooks in rooms

No se la recomiendo a nadie numero uno no tenia aire acondicionado , a las 3 de la mañana alguien entro al cuarto y el cuarto de alado supuestamente no estaba reservado y habia una persona entoxica durmiendo llamamos a la policia y no hicieron nada y a esa hora nos fuimos en verdad no es como lo anuncian pienso que perdi el dinero

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I stayed for three nights and they never cleaned the room. I have asked but they refused! Also When I went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper, they were very rude and made me stand there waiting for 10 minutes. The room itself was dirty and messy. I asked a housekeeper for a bath towel, but she refused to give me one and was also very rude. I’m never coming back here again!

The bathroom had no where to hang towels and no space to put out toiletries. The screaming from dozens of people outside the night club opposite (we were overlooking it in the side street) went on from 11pm on Saturday evening until 5.30a.m. Sunday. The outside shutters were broken. No bins emptied in 6 days. Reception told us to put it out on the Grand Via! Re the 'kitchen' no tea towels or cloths provided. Air conditioning faulty. Some power points didn't work. TV had reception on and off. The room was shabby and had the feel of a hostel. The only good thing was plentiful hot water.

I checked in online before arriving, so getting the key was quick and straightforward. Unfortunately, that was about the only positive part of the stay. As soon as we arrived, we noticed a strong sewage smell, which was horrible. The smell was present not only near the room, but also in the hotel lobby and corridors. These areas also felt dark, dingy, and generally unwelcoming. The lifts were also very poor. There were two lifts, but one was extremely small, barely big enough for a suitcase and two people to squeeze into. The second lift was an awkward triangle shape and also barely fit two people comfortably. The room itself was just okay at best. The first thing we noticed was the flooring, which was cheap laminate and was delaminating in several places. It looked as though water from the shower had damaged it over time. There was also a sewage smell coming from the toilet/shower area, likely made worse by the lack of proper ventilation. The furniture also felt very basic and cheap, and mainly IKEA furniture rather than what I would expect from a proper hotel. No bedside tables. It had a basic working hob, sink microwave, kettle, kitchenette-style, which is what I needed with basic utensils, which is what we needed for our trip. Overall, the hotel felt poorly maintained, unpleasant, and not worth the money. I personally would not stay here again. But it is liveable.

Clean room

Was very basic room. No amenities. It would have been nice to have soap for the little kitchen area. The AC did not work and there was no fan so it was very hot!

Depending on the time of year its only heat OR air conditioning! Took 3 days to get to AC switched over since it was almost 80 degrees out. The walls are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING in the room next to or above you! They dont clean your room unless you schedule it and we stayed 14 days and were allowed 2 cleanings. You have to take your own trash out to the street at night. The only things we loved here was the centralized location and the young lady named Neyeska at the front desk. She was extremely helpful and always smiling.

La habitación está falta de mantenimiento, las losas del piso en madera rotas, la ducha del baño no está bien ajustada y bota agua hacia afuera por la ducha y las paredes de la bañera no estaban limpias, el inodoro no baja bien ni el lavamanos, las toallas no secan y no tienen toallas de bañarse, ni shampoo, papel de baño solamente 1 rollo pequeño y no muy buena calidad, hay que cerrar la puerta para poder utilizar inodoro. La cocina no tiene líquido de fregar y los topes están desgastados. La cama es de plataforma pegada al piso, solamente tienes 2 almohadas. Para subir a la entrada del cuarto hay 4 escalones en mal estado al igual que la cerradura de la puerta que puede cortar la mano si no tienes cuidado. La recepción no tiene facilidades de baño al igual que hay que subir escalones con las maletas. No tiene estacionamiento en las facilidades como describe en la descripción. Usan un garaje a 8 minutos de distancia y cuesta 39Euros la noche. Por LO ÚNICO que le estamos dando 2 estrellas es por la localización. El precio es un robo pero por la descripción de amenidades la gente cae de tonta. Hay mejores lugares en los alrededores por mejor precio incluyendo estacionamiento. No lo recomiendo

Location is perfect but washroom was hard to have access , not equipped and kichten also not equipped. In general very basic

Great location.

The location was great, right on grand via street. The room was tiny, and even though the listing said there was air conditioning they were between seasons so it wasn’t turned on yet in the building, and the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable.

Breakfast was great although it was at a different location 100 yards away - this was not made clear in listing but i was ok with it

Hotel is a scam, the room does not look like in the pictures that are posted online

Bedrooms are very small and noise from other rooms is quite poor. Bed is small cleanliness is ok. The terrace that's they claim to have in the hotel is not in the same premises, but in another building, the information on this matter is misleading. Steeply prized and poor value for money.

Breakfast was very nice but not at the location
