Nice hotel in central downtown.

It was a great stay, strategically located near banks, markets, restaurants, and other attractions. Recommended if you're planning to visit Dieng but want to stay in the city.

I booked a room with two single beds so I wouldn't have to sleep together. Unfortunately, upon check-in, I was given a king-size bed. I complained that they were out of stock. In the end, I was given an additional mattress. Really disappointed! If it wasn't available, why wasn't it stated as unavailable?

The hotel staff is nice and friendly, and the hotel rooms are clean.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable, clean, and fragrant. However, we didn't get a room with a view; we got a view of a wall and there was some noise from outside. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom and shower were a bit disappointing because the floor was made of ceramic tiles that weren't very safe (they should have been made of homogeneous tiles so they wouldn't be slippery at all). I wonder if this was just the type of room I booked, or if it was like this for all rooms? The staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall, the room, breakfast, and staff service were excellent. We left something behind after checking out, but they informed us, and we retrieved it a few hours later, but it wasn't lost.

Nice and clean hotel, cheap and close to the city center.

Everything is great: service, cleanliness, facilities, and varied and delicious food. Hopefully, everything will be maintained so we can become a regular.

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and truly non-smoking. The bathroom and towels were spotless. The shower had excellent pressure. Hot water was always available. Tambi tea and candied carica were provided in the room. The restaurant on the top floor is a favorite hangout. There's a wide selection of food, and if you're lucky, you can even get a mountain view. The hotel's surroundings are also pleasant. Near the market, there are plenty of shopping options. On the street behind the hotel, there's a 24-hour Warindo (a small restaurant) with power outlets for those who need to use their laptops. There's also a coffee shop open from 7 a.m.
