The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the early morning attendant, who was immediately available to assist. I booked for the following day, but the dates were incorrect, and it could be changed at no additional cost. Likewise, there was no additional charge for breakfast for children. The hotel staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable, clean, and fragrant. However, we didn't get a room with a view; we got a view of a wall and there was some noise from outside. Otherwise, everything was fine.
